   Food was very poor, overcooked and very salty vegetables, pork chop special was covered in thick salty gravy and the pork chop was extremely tough.....pork bolognese advertised with bow tie pasta was served with fettuccine instead without any explanation and was all ground pork, no sauce at all...unedible. ....service was unprofessional and unattentive, I had to stop a random waiter to attempt to order an appetizer..was given 2 salad forks on my rolled silverware, not ideal to eat a tough pork chop......the place is not well run and must not employ a proffesional chef.....will not recommend and will not return

   Thought the food was just frozen junk with jar sauce. Mash'd in Frisco is better. If we ever go to Marcus again I would get a burger, which will probably be a frozen patty. I know I sound harsh, our friend likes the place, my wife felt like I did. I had some sort of pork wrapped in pork belly. The "fake" bacon was just greasy, if you're gonna do bacon type product it needs to be crispy. The spuds we nothing special, but the sauce was awful. I swear it was from a bottle. Stupid as it may sound, the lobster bisque was very nice, had no lobster chunks in it but the broth was good.

   Recently visited this neighborhood restaurant. It was on our "To Try" list as well as several others in Richardson. Since it was my husband and I's Anniversary, we decided to give it a try. We were very pleased. Food was very good and prices were reasonable. We would recommend it as 'a touch above' the normal, but not too expensive. I especially like that several items on the menu could be ordered as whole or half. This way we could taste more options.

   Good food. Staff accommodated our opentable reservation even though they were full by seating us at a table at the end of the bar. Food & service were good.

   My husband's office has met at this café several time for celebrations. He was so impressed, we invited our best friends and met them there on a Saturday night. The atmosphere is very warm and hospitable. The menu was specialized and there were many things that we will return to try. Hard to decide on just one entrée! The appetizer was delicious, the service was outstanding. Overall worth becoming a usual place to go. Prices are very reasonable as well.

   We came here for Christmas Eve dinner 2015 amazing food and wonderful service. They made us feel like it was their pleasure to help us on Christmas Eve, instead of us feeling bad for making people work on that night. The food was great and the drinks were fantastic. We have never been before but will be back for sure!!!

   Marcus Cafe is our go to place for work related celebrations. It's also a great place for smaller groups of two or four. The menu is diverse enough for those who eat a fresh, clean diet and satisfies those who aren't following any food plan at all. The service is always great whether you're in a large group or theirs just two of you. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet. You can actually carry on a conversation without yelling over a bunch of noise. It's one of my favorite places.

   Great ambiance and service. Our server was very kind but not extremely knowledgeable. Food is very good but some things could be improved. For example, the cheese board appetizer came on a plate, not a board, and the cheeses were nothing special. The salami was basically deli hard salami sliced thin, like you would find at the grocery store, not like a nice Italian variety. But we still all love this place when we go to shows at the Eisemann.

    A great place to gather with friends after work. Happy Hour specials vary. Add a pizza to the 1/2 priced bottle of wine on Monday and Wednesdays, grabs some chairs on the patio and you have the makings of a good time.
