   We had a lovely dinner with my mother at the Marble Room the day before Mother's Day. My partner and I had been to the Marble Room several times previously, and we knew my mother also would be impressed with the entire experience. Our only concern was that the music was way too loud this visit, so we asked our server, Jeff, to please turn down the volume so would could converse without having to raise our voices and to easily hear each other. Jeff had the two speakers nearest our table turned off, and then the music volume was acceptable for background music. Had this not occurred, it would have ruined our dinner. Once the music issue was addressed, the rest of our dining experience was great! Jeff was attentive, courteous and professional, answering questions and attending to our needs. Service was prompt and our food was beautifully presented. Food was at the proper temperature and served in generous portions. A fun ending to the dinner was cotton candy being served to my mother with "Happy Mother's Day" written in chocolate on the serving tray. We certainly will be back and hopefully the music volume will not be an issue.

   Excellent as usual! Cannot fault anything - food is amazing. It is not without expense but personally I think is worth it. If you’ve not been you are missing out on something special.

   Fantastic place. Great location, great food and great service. A must see if haven’t gone. Few places have both great seafood AND great steaks!

   Best anniversary date ever! We loved the sushi, the steaks, the cocktails, the musicians, the service and our kind of private boot. Everything was perfect! Can't wait to be back.

   This is an ABSOLUTE must while in Cleveland. From the venue and ambiance, to the food, this was one of the best nights and meals we’ve had in years!!! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

    The most amazing experience for my wife and me. You are captivated by the elegant ambiance as top-notch white glove service as soon as you walk in. Every guest is treated like a VIP. The ladies greet you at the front door with warm beautiful smiles, eye contact, and personal engagement (rather than cell phone distracted glances). The selections are spectacular and presented clearly. The courses are executed at a relaxing pace. There is a high level of attention to detail. Every part of the experience is organic and fluid. It is an otherworldly experience. The food is by far exceptionally exquisite. Absolutely the best of the best. Our waiter Matt was a true gem and crafted a wonderful dining experience like none other. Our anniversary was beyond memorable. TIP YOUR SERVICE PEOPLE WELL!!!
