   The restaurant closed and we were not notified. Very annoying as this was a birthday celebration dinner.

   Probably the best steakhouse in the area. The steaks and sides are highest quality and perfectly prepared. Cocktails are generous and top shelf. What a great place to meet friends for a terrific evening.

   We were seated promptly and the table was beautiful. Or waiter was pleasant and service was very good. Unfortunately after my wife got all excited about carrot soup,( her favorite), she actually received something else, then followed it up with overly dry short ribs. My ribeye was cooked perfectly, but had a weird aftertaste, the roast garlic cloves were great and my spinach was very good. Your coffee was excellent. Overall it wasn’t a horrible evening, but not able to justify what we received, considering what we paid.

   It was Valentines Day. We returned to the place where we first met. Everything was perfect. The service was impeccable and friendly. The food was superb. Shrimp cocktail apps were jumbo and super fresh. The entrees were just perfectly done, filet mignon and salmon. We had a delicious chocolate bread pudding for dessert. Even the manager personally made sure all was good several times. Definitely the best steak restaurant in the area. No one is even close.

   Marble and Moxie is in the "in-house" restaurant for the Westminster Hotel located in Livingston. As such, our expectations were that it would serve reasonably good - but not necessarily great - food. Boy, we were wrong! The food was exceptional. We arrived on time for what must have been the first dinners of the day - but that did not seem to affect the ability of the staff to serve us. The busboy, Kayshawn, was extremely efficient and was not phased by our request to place a drink order with him. He relayed that information to our waitress, Mo, who efficiently filled the drink and clarified our dinner selections. This was a Friday night and the special that night was a Tomahawk Ribeye for two. We ordered that and the presentation and preparation were top notch, to say the least. Some of our friends arrived as we were finishing our entree and they agreed that the beef was perfectly prepared - so much so that they ordered the same item at their family dinner. I live approximately 45 miles from this restaurant but I would make the 90 mile round trip, on a Friday, to have that meal again. The entree will not appear to be inexpensive at $48.00 but when you consider that it does more than adequately feed two people, it may actually be a bargain.

   Loved it so much that we booked it again this Friday for a table of 6. Wish you had valet parking. We always go on New Years Eve and had to park way in the back in the pouring rain. Not very considerate for hotel and restaurant guests as well.

   My daughters steak had to be returned 5 times before getting it to the desired prepared cooking. The service was awful as well. A disappointing meal.

   I didn’t enjoy the food. The steak was over seasoned but it was OK. The baked potato was overcooked and not very good. The wedge salad was watery and the worst I’ve ever tasted in a steakhouse

   Very cozy warm and friendly place with attentive service and delicious food. Very well managed.

    Split a tomahawk for 2. Problem with that, I like Med and husband likes MR. Told the waiter and the chef cooked it perfectly to please both of us!!! Wine prices silly for a bottle. $60 start. Could have offered some $40 or $45 Waited slightly for a seat because there was no hostess on post. One man band entertainer was a bonus and livened it up! Loved mini tacos too!
