   I availed the buffet dinner at Manila Bay Kitchen during New Year’s Eve. My experience was incredibly disappointing. The food choices were satisfactory but underwhelming—there was no steak, and there were only around 6 cooked dishes to choose from. The dessert station was good but there was no ice cream and chocolate fountain. I would say these were not diverse enough. I expected more from a 5-star hotel. There was a paluto station and those were good enough for my liking so I went back for a second round. I never received my second round of paluto because it never arrived even when I followed it up. I was too agitated because I have waited for more than an hour before I followed up and yet it still did not make it to my table. Aside from that, I even had to follow up a glass of soda. I also went to the carving station to try some turkey but it took what felt like 5 mins before someone assisted me. The chef who gave me the turkey was the only one handling all the cooking behind the counters. It seems like the restaurant was understaffed which caused the poor customer service I experienced. Overall, I do not recommend Manila Bay Kitchen especially given the price point of the buffet. There are other better buffets out there that are worth your money.

   Needs more variety for that price. Even common chinese dish is not available. Nothing special with some of the dishes. This restaurant needs to step up their game. Some 5 star hotel has the same rate but way more options and more delicious even the drinks are included. I was expecting that tea or coffee is free (just like any other buffet in hotel) but charged us 210 just for a tea. Only good thing is the service and ambiance. Staffs are quick and attentive and kind as well.

   Booked my reservation at this new buffet a few weeks in advance and it did not disappoint! It's such a peaceful environment. The number of food options isn't overwhelming and whatever they have there, they do well. Enjoyed the tempura, salmon sashimi, carbonara, and gelato. Thanks to Giselle and Cristina for the great service! Already planned my next visit and can't wait to go back.

   Good international food selection for breakfast buffet and dinner. Good value for money. Service and ambience is also commendable.

   It's our first time to experience to eat in a buffet with my family. And no doubt we really enjoy, unfortunate we didn't experience the mouth watering lobster you have in your display pics in fb. But still we enjoy the food we had yesterday. Definitely we recommend and we will come back. Thank you for your lovely staff, hope to see them grow in your company.
