   We celebrated a birthday for my Mom, and can't wait to go back. The salads served were not only delicious, but the presentation was eye appealing as well. Lamb Chops were cooked to perfection and well as the fish and Veal Parm tasty and delicious. We can't wait to return for another great meal, glad we finally found our way to this fantastic restaurant.

   Great Look to the restaurant Food was Good The waiter(Nick) was not friendly at all... did not read us the list of specials and then overheard him reading them to the next table! When asking him for dessert menu he actually put up his hand as if to tell us to wait! Then passed us again before we could get his attention. With that we decided to not stay for dessert and asked for the bill instead. Would most likely not go back.

   We make it a point to travel to this Queens oasis whenever we make it to New York. The family vibe belies the attentive and professional service. Te homey menu hides the sophisticated presentations. Takes traditional red sauce Italian up several notches. Some gems that are also well priced on the wine list. The bar tender makes a mean Negeoni.

   Manetta's is a comfortable spot, with terrific appetizers and pastas. The specials can be marvelous. This time we tried the cold seafood appetizer which we saw in the case as we walked in but did not see on the menu. It was terrific. Pasta was delicious, and the chicken was fine.

   Very very loud even though the restaurant was half full. Pizza was "ok". Salat and the rest if about average. Nothing special, just enough to get your belly full. Wines are very bad as well.

   I like this place but they have a serious problem. They close at 10 PM. Even if you are having dinner, they will start to turn off lights, put chairs on top of tables with no consideration. Lack of business mentaliy. Will go more often if open to a later our like 11PM. During winter, heat is not in a good level as well. The food is great.

    My husband and I went to Manetti's at 7:30 on NYE. It was bustling with families, friends, children and couples. A very energized eclectic mix. Everyone seemed very happy. I got the salmon with vegetables and polenta which was perfect. My husband got the chicken, filet mignon and sausage dish. He was extremely pleased. We finished off with cookies baked at Manetta's and delectable cappucino because we were in a hurry. The other desserts looked fabulous. Our waitress was great. It was a very good dining experience.
