   The waitress was superb - attentive, professional, and courteous. The ambience is still great. Food was good, think we prefer the dinner menu, but still a really good brunch spot. Overall, would recommend.

   Easter Brinch-Service was excellent, menu was a little limited, drinks were very tasty and refreshing. The only dessert options were donuts.

   We had a wonderful experience at Mandolin. Their menu isn't extensive, but they do have options for food-specific folks. We were a family of 4 this time (typically 5, but one is off at university), there to celebrate Mama's birthday. It was a great spot for it, though Mama wanted it kept quiet. Service was great. Ambience was also great... though the table for 4 we had was 'cramped'. Our starters were a good complement to our next course. We had the cauliflower cacio pepe... and it was awesome. We also had their soup of the day, and it was also good... but didn't win against the cauliflower. We do cauliflower a lot at home... I now want to see if I can do this version. Our mains (seconds?) were also fantastic. We decided to box some up to take home to save room for dessert. Very glad we did... the bread pudding was fantastic... though we all wished there was a tad more sorbet/ice-cream on the plate... it went too fast.... and... the chocolate soufflé??? Uhh... dang... it was great. My wife and I have had the opportunity to eat some phenomenal soufflé. This one came pretty close to meeting our top experience. We got our top one in Europe... so to find something close here was a great birthday treat.

   We had such a great experience at Mandolin. The restaurant has a great, old-school elegance. When I made my reservation, I requested a drink be provided to my wife after we were seated as it was her 50th birthday. Not only did they honor the request, but made a wonderful drink my wife enjoyed. Our server Izzy was outstanding. She wished my wife a happy birthday, and all of her thorough recommendations were spot on. The food is fantastic!! Izzy checked on us often and was so pleasant, she definitely added to the experience. We will be sure to make Mandolin a destination for future special occasions.

   The food was delicious as always. I especially love the buttermilk biscuits and the orange juice. Both are a must for me when eating brunch at Mandolin. Liz took great care of both me and my mom. Very happy with the entire experience.

   First class! Celebrated a bridal brunch here. Food was great...seasonal omelette is what I had. My guests enjoyed a waffle plate and a country sample plate. Wonderful ambiance for a beautiful Spring Sunday morning. Will be back soon!

   We were a party of 6 for B'Day celebration. Each guest had a different choice. Got to sample lamb, prime rib, chicken , pork belly. Each delicious and different preparations . Luv the neighborhood and history of the restaurant building. Sad to see the much-debated building going on across the street. Have been before and is a favorite!!
