   Husband and I made reservations on a Saturday night through Open Table. The decor is bright and modern. Owner/waiter was friendly and welcoming. He made suggestions about our food options since we were novices. But we were surprised that there was only one other couple there! It seems that it must be very difficult for any restaurant to survive in Parker Square in Flower Mound even though it deserves high marks in all areas. So if you like excellent Indian food (or want to try something different) in a quiet and tasteful atmosphere with great service and no waiting, this is the place for you.

   We went to Manchale for my wife's birthday (she didn't want that fact known, but Indian won out over steak, Italian or American fare). We found the place on OpenTable; never been there before. Food was good overall. The Lamb Vindaloo was great, Lamb Rogan Josh was nicely spiced. You could really taste the grind on the spices, but it was totally devoid of salt (but there was a shaker on the table). Chicken Tikka Masala was a little more citrusy than 'typical' but rich and ... well, yeah it was good. Naan was incredibly generous. We were 3 people and ordered 3 rounds of Naan. We had so much Naan we didn't know what to do with it. The regular basmati rice with peas was really excellent - slightly buttered ?? Service was a bit of an issue due to a 10-top that showed up just after we did. They got the attention, but our host tried hard to make our dining experience as pleasant as possible. They spilled my wife's drink, but she got a 2nd refill. We got extra Naan due to the wait. One of us was missing a napkin. (Nothing terminal nor detrimental.) We liked the food and the host, so I think we would like to explore the menu a bit more. It's at Parker Square in Flower Mound so parking is not an issue. Even with 15% occupancy, noise was an issue (cue, raucous 10-top!)... due to the other guests, concrete floors, industrial ceiling and tiled walls, it was noisy! And it was barely occupied... if you want a quiet evening, stay home.

   I have had Indian food before but it was the first time for the rest of my family. Waiter was extremely patient with the questions my family had and made great suggestions. Food was excellent. We will definitely be back.

   Our second visit to Manchale was excellent in every respect. The food is outstanding and very authentic...we ordered the samosa chaat, a selection of tandoori dishes and several curries...all delicious. Service is terrific and the owner, Gaurav is a wonderful host. Highly recommended!!

   I was glad to find this place, it was a great experience. I have eaten in many Indian restaurants but this was really top notch, finest Indian restaurant that I have ever visited. The food is very fresh and very authentic. We ordered the signature dish Nargisi Kofta as I want to try something new, it was an amazing dish. Garlic naan is soft and just the right way to do it. They have always some specials and definitely ask the server. One of the best wine and cocktail selections in any Indian restaurant that I have come across. The happy hour has special discounts on Kebabs, get there early and you can sample different kebabs. The ambiance is very nice and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend this place. Manchale is a real gem in Flower Mound and especially in Parker Square where it is really tough. We travelled long distance to get here as we heard a lot about this place and it is definitely worth it.

   The food was very good. The serve was nearly non-existent. The two gentlemen who tended to all the patrons seemed to have no experience in waiting tables, and the service was extremely slow. Despite the service, if you aren't in a hurry, it is definitely worth dining here.

   I really enjoyed my food during our Valentine's 4 course meal. They featured a special menu for the evening and we enjoyed our meal very much. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow (though very nice) which I'm chalking up to having only 3 wait staff for the entire restuarant along w just 2 people in the kitchen. I do look forward to trying again because the food was delicious with hopes the service is better. It was Valentine's Day.....

   We went for meal at Manchale, I am very happy to discover this place. Traditionally, Parker Square is not vibrant place for dining, but Manchale has stood out in all the restaurants in the area. They have very nice ambiance, quality service and one of the finest Indian restaurants for fine dining. The owner and the staff are very friendly and try their best to look after the guest. They have a very good wine list and we happen to taste their signature dish Nargisi Kofta, yes I can now spell it correctly. We had a very nice wine Albert Bischoff Pinot and their signature cocktail was a real hit for my wife: Ginger Punch, apparently handcrafted cocktail and their own creation. To end the evening, we had a Mango pudding, think called halwa with nice topping, something that will always make us remember our evening. Highly recommend this place to be tried by locals in Flower Mound, may not be best location, Manchale has the potential to be counted as one of the best restaurants in DFW and for first time we have good restaurants in Flower Mound. Will definitely come back again. Thanks fr a great evening.

    We had a terrific dinner at Manchale! The food was very authentic and extremely flavorful...we ordered the Rogan Josh, Chicken Tikka Masala, Dal Makhani, Dum Aloo, Basmati Rice and Garlic Naan. The curries were exceptional with silky sauces, tender meat and a perfect level of spice. The Dal Makhani was just outstanding....as good as you'll find in the best restaurants in Delhi! Loved the garlic naan and the quality of the basmati rice was exceptional. Guaranteed, the owner came to see if we were enjoying our food and stayed for awhile whilst we talked about his background and aspirations for the restaurant...super interesting guy! Parker Square has proven a very tough location for restaurants and Manchale needs your support...you won't be disappointed!
