Our server was awesome ...I wanted the corn but he told me it was no longer on the menu. He asked the chef if he could still make it for me, and he did!! It was or first time at Maiz, but definitely not the last!

                                                                                    I had a reservation here on September 4th, 2019 and got there and the place was completely closed. There was no notice or anything and the website allowed me to make the reservation. I was very upset as I was looking forward to an arepa. You need to let the community know you are closed by posting it online or having a popup when you try to book. Really disappointed

                                                                                    Great food, especially the arepas. The cocktails would be better with a bit more booze in them, to round out the flavours - these are creative takes on classics like mojitos and margaritas.
