Legendary chef Daniel Boulud created his namesake Maison Boulud to reinterpret French classics. At his downtown Montreal restaurant, artisanal Quebecois products and local ingredients are used to craft modern dishes.     So awesome we canceled our reservation for the next night so we could come back! They were very accommodating for a lactose free guest and the food was spectacular. An amazing sommelier (Stephanie). Try the duck - outstanding!
