   Mai Thai did not honor my reservation that I had made through open table. I had a confirmation email and confirmation number and they informed me at the time of my reservation that they don’t use Open Table anymore. I asked if they could help fix this issue and get us a table since nowhere online does it say that they don’t work together anymore and they said no. They did not offer a compensation for the inconvenience they caused. So at the very last minute I had to find another restaurant that could accommodate a party of 6 so we wouldn’t be late for our event later that evening.

   Made a reservation thru Opentable and the first thing I'm told is they don't use Opentable anymore, so don't use it again. A better solution would be for them to remove themselves from the site and/or kindly explain the situation and ASK customers not to use it. We were seated promptly, but it took a long time for anyone to take our drink order. The food was Ok for what it was and the price, but it's little things like that initial interaction with the host that would have me maybe not consider this place over other Thai options.

   Great cocktails; loved the Mai Tai Fishbowl. Food was delicious, fresh ingredients and served nice and hot.

   1st off their OpenTable system does not work at this time. Be careful when trying to book! The food was delicious and had some dishes that I have not seen in the area which was nice to have as options. The host service was so-so. Once I arrived I was told that they were not expecting me (despite making a reservation 4 days in advance ) and asked me to wait for their back table to open up. While waiting a good 1/3 of the restaurant opened up, but the one table the host wanted to seat me at was not. Instead of trying to help us out by placing us elsewhere we had to wait. By the time we sat down 1/2 of the tables were open. No effort seemed to be made by the host to smooth out our rough experience. It is a lot easier to write bad reviews than good ones. I did not expect to be treated in a special way. The food was good, the ambience was nice and I enjoyed a nice birthday dinner with my family. I would like to thank the chefs and servers for their time and energy. I will definitely come dine again, but on an occasion where waiting does not make much of a difference to my experience.

   DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. Their online booking system is not working. They a accommodated us anyway and did great!!

   Food was not good and the attitude of waiter "WILL" is not good. I ordered the veggie fried rice they served me chicken fried rice and WILL didn't even fell sorry for that. Worst customer service. Even my friends also didn't like the food - Pad Thai & Brazil Fried rice. We will never come again.

   A great Thai food experience! We were here mid-afternoon so the restaurant was quiet and we were able to get Happy Hour pricing. Food was delicious, arrived quickly. Server was attentive. Parking was easy. I would definitely eat here again!

   Food was good but service was horrible. My daughter and I went and we waited about 40 minutes for our food to arrive and mine came out about 5 minutes before her dinner. I intended for it to be a special night for her and I but was disappointed when we were hungry and waiting and then again when our food didn’t arrive together. The couple next to us had the same experience with her food arriving significantly before his food. Food was tasty once it arrived and the portions are large.

    Always good, crowded, but slow service. It is worth the wait if you are not in a hurry.
