   Took my granddaughter aged fourteen. She thought it was one of the most amazing things she has ever done. The chocolate and toppings were to die for!

   Staff were lovely, really informative and fun experience, making your own ice cream was just amazing! Definitely would do again

   Booked magnum store through “open table” didn’t have directions so rang opentable to give us nearest tube station. They told us Covent Garden but when we got there we were told the store was 45 min walk away. We rang open table again to be told they couldn’t tell store or give us better directions. As this was special birthday treat and we because of open tables poor directions and zero help we never made the store. This spoilt what would have been a perfect day. I don’t expect that we will ever use open table again and certainly would not recommend them!

   Service was amazing it was so lovely to be able to make our own magnums with toppings and learn about how magnums are made! It’s a delicious thing to do.

   We had a booking at the Chef's table - it was a "nothing" event - the young guy giving the talk was very personable, but for £15 per head I expected a bit more than a glass of prosecco and an ice cream with limited toppings. Disappointed

   I booked the chefs table experience for my husband's birthday and we had a truly amazing time. Rakiya and Dan A were our hosts and were absolutely brilliant - engaging, amusing and made sure we had a fantastic afternoon.

   Our pleasure managers Eilidh and Amy were fantastic and made the experience fun and entertaining . It was just two of us as some other people had failed to turn up, which meant we had the whole room and pleasure managers to ourselves . We were greeted with drink options and had a lovely cool glass of prosecco. We found out interesting information about the chocolate process. The making of the Magnum was fun and the best bit of eating them was fantastic. We took lots of photos and thoroughly enjoyed our time, just a shame it just a pop up as we would love to come again.

    Intimate quirky set up like a private vip area fun experience with ice cream and proseco wine and a free coaster which was a novelty promo touch for Magnum.
