   This used to be one of our favorite restaurants but they have changed their menu. The food was barely above pub food and the prices are extremely high for what is available to order. We were disappointed and will not be back until they decide to get another chef or better menu options.

   Made booking awhile ago...arrive to quiet empty restaurant. Person who seemed to come from behind empty bar came over and said we should have been told they're closed due to staffing issues. He blamed open table. Took us over hour to get into a different place after trying a few. Please change website. Disappointed. Wrong.

   I don't know what happened to Magnolia American Brasserie. We arrived on time and no-one was there, the business was not open and the lights were not lit. It was after 5pm. So we went to The Gilded Unicorn and they fortunately had a table open and accommodated my food sensitivities with some delicious food nicely spiced. My partner had a huge short rib that was very tender and delicious as well. Service was great and the ambience was lively and mellow with a lot of very interesting decor. We finished the meal in time to make it to our destination. I have heard good things about Magnolia. I called them and facebook messaged them without a response. Are they moving or closing? I don't know.

   It was really terrible. Service was almost nonexistent..we were at our table 40 minutes before we got water. Th wait person said she was new…but clearly had no idea what she was doing. She told us that the whole crew who ran the French Restaurant had been fired, and everyone was new The burgers we ordered were inedible Don’t go!

   We had dinner at Magnolia and happened to be there on a night when they were short staffed. They were so short of staff that hotels front desk people were helping out. When we finally got our food, it was delicious. We will give them another chance as we do like what they’ve done with the hotel and restaurant

   Food served didn’t match content description in the menu. Some components were missing. Short staffed, took about 50 minutes to serve a table of 4 in a very uncrowded restaurant.

   One huge thing ruined the evening. They brought our entrees out first then two minutes later our salad and soup. Completely ruined the dinner having everything hit the table at once. If restaraunts do this then why even bother ordering anything before your entree? Quality of food is always great, our waiter was doing the best he could despite being short handed, gotta love the country we are in right now.

   Waited forever for food. Unfortunately bar tender had no experience and we ended up leaving to grab food at another place. Wanted it to be a great experience and we felt bad for this establishment me but they just dont have the help needed.

    Food was delicious and the small crew worked really hard to meet our need for a quick dinner. We will be back.
