   First time at Maestro, food was great, service was too! Can't beat the lunch prices. Had pear salad and the dressing was amazing. Not sure why this has a rating of "B", hopefully they are able to resolve any issues that will make it the "A" which would make me feel alot more comfortable eating at this establishment.

   Italienische (Emilia Romana / Parma) Küche at its best! Ich habe in Deutschland lange nicht mehr so gut und authentisch italienisch gegessen. Alessandro ist der Gastgeber ; er und seine Angestellten sind unglaublich kundig und freundlich . Vorspeise Salumi e formaggi: zarter, hauchdünner prosciutto cotto und Parma, salami, copa. Dazu Parmesan. Das Brot warm und frisch .Danach selbstgemachte Pasta zum Niederknien mit Trüffel und alla Putanesca auf den Punkt. Alessandro brachte noch alio/olio als Gruß . Danach Tiramisu ( Rezept der Oma ). Hammer !!!

   Been visiting this area for 10 years as we have a daughter in the neighborhood. First time to Maestro Pasta and we will definitely return. Outstanding service and excellent homemade pasta. Highly recommend it.

   It's starts as soon as you walk in. We were a group of 4. The feeling of Italy at the door. The appetizer was spot on. The cured meats were fresh, thinly sliced, and not salty. The pasta was cooked to perfection. I had the boulanais. Perfectly cooked, just enough of meat and not over cooked or acidity. The chanti was also perfect. Finished up with an expresso martini, 2 of them.

   Well, how can I start? The pasta is perfect al dente but all the difference sauces that they offer not so great. Maybe we are expecting a real Italy experience and different kind of hospitality. We went after lunchtime on Saturday and the place was empty. The one great thing is the waitress was really attentive with all our questions about the menu!

   Hi Sally! What do you mean that the sauces we offer were not so great? Just some notes: 1) if you were expecting a wider selection of sauces, keep in mind we make everything in house (literally everything from scratch, except for gluten free pasta). For this reason, we cannot offer a super wide selection of sauces (generally restaurants that have a ton of sauces or plates work with frozen items bought somewhere else) 2) if you didn't like our sauces, romans used to say: "degustibus non est disputandum" 3) if you were expecting classic italian sauces like "alla vodka" or "alfredo", remember we are an authentic italian restaurant focused on emiliana cuisine (area in the north of Italy). We do not offer Italian American food and we work with imported products. Thank you for your review!

   We had a great meal at Marstro. Some of the most authentic cacio e Pepe and bolognese we’ve had in the US. Great wines, carpaccio was great, a little different than we are used to with the cured beef but really good. Unfortunately couldn’t make room for dessert. Would highly recommend Maestro Pasta.

   Food was great but, the server was slightly confused by some of our orders and had to remake our drinks and one appetizer twice.

    Wonderful service and food. Great conversation with the chef. The prosciutto and torta was amazing as was the burrata and home made ravioli with truffles. I will def onto come back!
