   Ah-Maz-ing food and experience. Justly received one star from the Michelin Guide Expensive, but worth every dollar. Finally, extraordinary dining in Fort Lauderdale. Taste combinations and food products curated from around the USA and from across the world. Each plate is a visual and edible work of art. You even visually expect the dish to be something familiar and obvious, but then they throw you a curve ball and you pleasantly enjoy their culinary chicanery. Run, don’t walk to one of the greatest dining experience of your lifetime. Cheers and Bravo- welcome to Fort Lauderdale

   This was our first experience at Maass. We were blown away. We did the tasting menu. My wife is allergic to raw tomorrows and they had no problems substituting 1 or 2 dishes as a result. The food and the service was spectacular. The menu was intriguing. A fois grois macaron??? It was delicious!! We will definitely go again but this time try some of the other enticing items that were not on the tasting menu. This place deserves its recent Michelin star!

   Trying to politely navigate what was a very poorly-handled major error with their tasting menu. End of the day, Nick was deft with his people skills, but this was a pretty underwhelming meal at $350/person. I would not return, but hope they accept the feedback and do better for those who are willing to give it a shot.

   Easter Dinner was a set tasting type menu but I should have specified only fish I eat is Dover Sole & Mahi- I said no shellfish only. Reason I mention is because each display if food was like art work- gorgeous displayed & a few of many things to eat. Short ribs was the main dish & I did get full, but fave my yellowtail to my husband. Would have liked something else but didn’t bother them for was busy, busy. 5 star almost Michelin rated I think. Expensive but great food & display. Table service was excellent & tables cleaned up nicely on what might have been like a 5 course meal. Dessert was fas great. too. Only negative was the bathroom was not well taken care of at all. Kind of grossed me out, in fact, for A Four Seasons hotel. Oh well… the further away lobby restrooms were aOk. Ps : with a dress code no shorts, beachwear- yet ppl in shorts were allowed in to the bar area only I think, but was surprised. After all, this was NOT a W hotel down the road.

   First time at Maass, we went for Easter Brunch and will definitely go back. Food, service all outstanding!

    Wow! Outstanding staff and food was beyond incredible. We sat at the chefs counter and enjoy every dish. I believe we had a 14 course meal, it was out of this world good
