   Made this reservation for a party of 6 for my son his date and friends for their senior prom. This was supposed to be a night to remember. Lupessa is temporarily closed they showed up for their reservation to find out this information. This is ridiculous why is open table taking reservations why is Lupessa taking reservations if they’re temporarily closed???? My son called me up in a panic, how were we supposed to find reservations for a party of 6 on a Saturday night, especially with multiple schools having prom? We loved Lupessa and ate there just the week before but after this experience we don’t plan on being back when they reopen. Very disappointed people with reservations should have been notified, I don’t understand how this detail was missed.

   Our server Brooke was great; helpful and attentive. The food was pretty underwhelming, the number of silk plants hanging overhead kinda grossed me out; those things get really dirty really fast. And the bathroom smelled like a straight up gas station bathroom.

   The food was great as well as the restaurant. The only disappointment was the reservation set up. I booked a reservation for under the cherry blossom trees (first time being there) and didn’t get sat where we wanted to sit and booked for.. that was kind of a let down. I’d just suggest not putting that as an option if you can’t manage your reservation requests.

   Very nice dinner and good wine list. The pianist was excellent - decide ahead of time if you want to be close to the music.

   The vibes were immaculate. It’s a beautiful restaurant with gorgeous details. The focaccia was delicious, but the cacio e pepe was lacking.

   Extremely loud. Asked to be seated under the trees and they just put us in the corner by these obnoxious people who couldn’t stop yelling and right next to the piano. Asked to be moved and they said that they can’t because they reserve those tables for bigger parties. And not even 15 minutes later a party of 2 got sat right where I asked. Very frustrating. Not a romantic setting at all and for the price I could name 10 other places I would rather go to. Will not be coming back or recommending to friends or family.

   Beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Not 5 stars because it took awhile to be seated (15 minutes after our reservation time) and it took quite awhile for our drinks to come out (got them after our food).

    Amazing!! Will definitely go back! The vibes were immaculate and the food was fantastic. The service was tip-tier was well.
