In the heart of New Orleans, expertly crafted food, spirits and cocktails come together in a unique privately owned micro-distillery and restaurant.

We are quintessentially southern with a distinct Louisiana influence. We are Lula Restaurant-Distillery.

As the first and only restaurant-distillery in New Orleans, Louisiana and in the Southeast US, we promise to offer you an incredible experience in the shadows of our copper still and along the historic streetcar line of St. Charles Avenue.

    Introducing Lula's weekday lunch specials & bottomless vodka bar for $20! You can take advantage of this great deal Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Lunch Specials include options such as our Des Allemands Fish Club ($10) (back by popular demand), Blackberry Glazed Ribs ($13) and Fried Chicken Sandwich ($10)! Stop in for a quick lunch (free parking is available in our parking lot) or start the weekend off early with our Bottomless Vodka Bar ($20). We provide our housemade Lula vodka and you can help yourself to mixers such as a Moscow Mule, Pomegranate Lemonade, Bay Breeze, Bloody Mary, & House-made tonic. All mixers are made fresh, daily, in-house! Enjoy the patio, large bar, or dine overlooking our distillery.

    Amazing food and amazing service!! The crawfish queso and slaw salad with steak were my favorites. Basil vodka lemonade is delish!

    I expected to have a better dining experience, being in New Orleans where the food is considered exceptional. All of the meals were just okay, not great. The noise level was extremely high, making it difficult to visit with our friends. The only items that I could say were very good were the bread pudding and the chocolate torte (which was not garnished with fruit or cream). I do not recommend Lula’s.

    My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time this evening. I started with fried green tomatoes with shrimp, okra, bacon, jalapenos and a delicious sauce. I followed this with blackberry glazed ribs, creole slaw and roasted corn on the cob. The dessert was a flour less dark chocolate torte. My wife enjoyed grilled shrimp with Caesar salad and lemon ice box cake. This restaurant was the best we visited on our trip to New Orleans. This is the end of Day 4 of our trip. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

    Terrible. Third time at this restaurant, I keep trying thinking it must be better than the last. Several consistent factors: unfriendly host, food takes FOREVER, and noise level is off the charts. Food is marginal not worth the price or headaches in waiting for food and drinks. Atmosphere is cold and impersonal. Won’t be giving another try.
