We were at the restaurant on an off hour but the food was great and the service was very good. We enjoyed the whole experience.

Very unexpected for an OpenTable listing. I guarantee you that you don’t need a reservation. In fact, they looked at me a little funny when I mentioned I had a reservation. After looking around, I saw why. The ambiance is spartan. Normal service has the guests place their order at the counter when they walk in and then take a numbered placard to their table. However, they did offer table service for us, which was okay but a little inconsistent. The food was okay but nothing special; it’s what I would call minimalistic. Overall, Lucy’s is fine, as far basic eateries go. However, I can’t recommend it if you are looking for a quality dining experience.

The food was really good. Lots of flavor and gluten free options. The cheesy bread (Pao de Queijo) was really good but you only get three and it was kind of expensive for such a small side. The steak was a little fatty, but the grilled chicken was great and the rice and beans made for a well rounded plate.

Delicious food perfect for any time. The food was so much better than the decor and setup. It looked like cheap fast food and tasted like a 5-star restaurant. It would be a lot busier if they invested in the ambiance.

Having lived previously in Brazil, I love the authenticity of this place, from food to ambiance to servers. They even have diet guarana, something I rarely find at other Brazilian places. Definitely on my “go to” list when visiting Provo!

The food is delicious, and a GREAT value for the price. Had one issue with the shrimp being too salty - hopefully a fluke. The service was fantastic. If you want really tasty Brazilian food without paying the all-you-can-eat buffet prices, this is a great option.
