   We dined here (as out of towners) for our anniversary. The branzino and lobster pizza was insane! The manager was very nice and polite. He walked around greeting customers and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

   Food was decent but nothing special, especially for the price. Entrees only come with the protein and sides need to be ordered separately. Service was poor. Server unaware of details on the specials and was very slow to come to provide service. We had to go to the counter ourselves and get our own takeout boxes. Restaurant was less at most 20% full and so the poor service was inexcusable.

   All was fabulous, food, service was exceptional, beautiful restaurant. Food priced well. My only issue was the corkage fee for wine. It’s $50 and we wish they would have been mentioned that before they opened it. We are used to $30-$35.. Beyond that, enjoyed the place.

   Un lugar con una decoración espectacular con una atmósfera muy italiana … lo mejor fue una pasta con almejas con una salsa ligeramente picante y también su branzino .. pero no olviden pedir el Negroni

   Valet Parking: The Valet Parking is a major, major issue. The Valet Parking, a single access lane, get so backed up at "drop off" that it creates a traffic hazard at the intersection of La Jolla Village Drive and Genesee Avenue and that's one of the most congested intersections in San Diego County. I'm surprised the city allows for this type of routing and it make little sense, creates a hazardous situation and no one seems to care.

   Excelente lugar, el ambiente muy relajado y agradable, el servicio impecable y la comida de muy buena calidad. Gran recomendación de Marco quien labora ahí, aunque fuimos atendidos por Diana, que lo hizo muy bien, atenta siempre y amable en su trato. En verdad una muy buena opción si están en la Jolla y quieren comer bien y relajarse después de un día de compras. Seguramente volveremos.

    Our customer service experience was very poor. Our server was not attentive at all. It was our anniversary and when booking the reservation they ask if we are celebrating. We of course said yes. After ordering our drinks and appetizers our server was no where to be seen. Which was fine but when we wanted to order our entree we had to wait for 10-15 mins. Our plates were picked up and we just sat waiting. Also we needed our water refilled and we couldn't find our waiter anywhere. I finally had to ask the waiter taking care of other tables to bring us more water. When observing the other waiter had the next tables he was very attentive asking if there food was fine and refilling there drinks constantly. Also when we finally got our entrees our server never came to add fresh cheese and fresh ground pepper to our pasta. Which we had to ask another waiter to add. Finally at the end of our dinner when we had been waiting for another 10 mins for our server to ask us if we needed boxes for our food. The waiter came and we said we needed boxes he asked if we were celebrating. I was to go but my wife said yes. He said he will be back with a surprise. So we stayed. The server also went and brought us spoons for dessert. After waiting for another 10 mins we asked the other waiter if we could have our bill. Then our server came with our bill. He didn't even acknowledge that he didn't bring our dessert or apologize. The restaurant wasn't super busy. There was lots of empty tables. The other 2 servers at the nearby tables were doing their job. Being attentive and were always around there tables. It just wasn't a great experience for us. We never had to wait to get our water refilled ever. Or felt ignored at a restaurant ever. Usually you get asked repeatedly if you are doing fine. I understand the dessert would have been complementary but to never bring it out after you said you were was just strange. The restaurant was super beautiful. The food was amazing.
