   We had someone in our party with gluten, soy, and dairy allergies; in advance they were so kind to record them and our server even suggested an item he knew would work that wasn't on the menu.

   Waiter was great but food came out at different intervals per person. I received my entree 20 minutes before my son. We had a group of 7 and half of us were nearly finished before others were just starting.

   Lucille never disappoints. My partner and I go regularly, and the staff is always incredibly thoughtful and accommodating of my hearing loss—seating us in spots where I can comfortably engage in conversation. Ally, the GM, even reached out before our last reservation to let me know about a planned special event and the expected increase in noise. I was aware of it and am grateful for the care she gave. As expected, everything turned out great. It’s also heartening to see them support good causes. And as always, the food is excellent - I’m a fiend for the steel pan pizza. Great food, great people, great atmosphere.

   We were seated quickly and our waitress greeted us right away. Service was prompt and pleasant, food was delicious. We’re looking forward to returning!

   Absolutely love the food at Lucille every time. However, the service can definitely leave something to be desired- our server was kind, but she almost never stopped by and was very difficult to track down. She brought my partner the wrong drink initially- okay, no big deal- but then it took 20 minutes to get the right one. We weren’t given plates for our pizza, and no one checked in on us from the time the pizza was set down to the time the check was brought (she brought the check without asking if we wanted anything else). I understand it was a Saturday night and they were busy- it seems like they need to hire some additional wait staff. Either way, nothing egregious, just a bit annoying. Will come back and hope for better service in the future! Side note: if you dislike noisy restaurants, this is not the place for you.

   The pizza and cheese curds were delicious! Did not love the empanada but it wasn’t bad by any means. Loved that the cookie skillet could come with two scoops of ice cream, but have had better cookie skillets. Our waitresses was super sweet too! No problem getting a seat since we had a reservation! Definitely would go again!

    Overcharged for drinks - The waitress didn’t like that she needed to adjust our bill.
