   The steak with peppercorn sauce was delicious but somewhat tough. The chestnuts were tasty but dry. Service was good.

   I was really impressed by the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, which drew me in. We chose to order fried calamari and two pasta dishes, and I must say, the meals exceeded our expectations. They were so delicious that I’m already looking forward to our next visit!

   Arrived to be told that I hadn't confirmed my reservation so had to sit at the bar instead of a table. I showed the staff my reservation confirmation email from OpenTable. The email had no option to confirm again. The staff said they called and texted me but they didn't. I had no missed calls or texts. Maybe they called and texted the wrong number or maybe they were lying. No apology. Starters were very nice but overpriced. Mains were ok but overpriced. Service was poor throughout, maybe due to the bad start. Restaurant was overcrowded and deafeningly loud. When I made the reservation I specified that it was a date - ruined!

    I recently had dinner at Lucia Restaurant, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff making sure everything was just right. The only downside was that the restaurant can get quite loud, making it a bit difficult to have a conversation, especially during peak hours. If you’re looking for a lively atmosphere with fantastic food, it’s definitely worth a visit, just be prepared for some background noise.
