                        Neither of us dining were vegan or vegetarian but plenty of options to keep you interested without compromising a good dinner. Several dishes could easily feature on any restaurant menu. Full flavours and fantastic service, Alice was a star, and nice to be able to chat.

This does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide, and we truly regret the frustration it caused — especially so late in the evening. We also appreciate you highlighting the issue of in-person guests being deprioritized compared to online orders. The staff’s attitude was acceptable, and the food quality was decent, though I expected a bit more in terms of flavor and uniqueness. However, the service organization could be improved. We had a reservation for a special occasion, but upon arrival, we had to wait around 7–8 minutes before anyone came to greet us. Although the restaurant seemed to have many reservations that night, only two staff members were handling the floor, which led to delays in service. The drinks were very flavorful and enjoyable. Overall, I would say about 60% of my expectations were met.
