   The food was good and the view from our table amazing. BUT we had to wait 30 min to get water and it took one hour to get our order taken. We had to ask another waiter to help us. For the price of this dinner, it was definitely not worth it.

   I celebrated my birthday dinner at this amazing restaurant with my family, and it was an exceptional experience. Sommelier Alessandro provided outstanding wine pairing recommendations, enhancing our dining experience. Rosi, the hostess, was welcoming and ensured everything ran smoothly. The entire wait staff was attentive and helpful throughout the evening, contributing to a memorable celebration. The combination of excellent service, delightful ambiance, and delicious food made it a birthday to remember. We also and a private tour of the “La cave” their wine cellar and rum collection, Alex explained and showed us over 140 rums and 450 bottles of French wine that they have in their collection. Highly recommend!

   Unquestionably the best dining on the island, perfect cliff side setting… incredibly polite and attentive service… and phenomenal food. Our third visit in three years (annual trip) and perfect every time!

   The service and atmosphere were both lovely. The main courses were perfect. Not overly complicated. However, the appetizers were outrageously overpriced and very small. $44 Euros for one shrimp is excessive to say the least.

   Our 9th trip to Sint Maarten, this is the second consecutive trip we've dined at L'Oursin and simply put, we'll definitely plan to dine there again on our next trip. The setting, service and food are all exceptional. Thanks for a great evening!

   Not a fan of the fine dining menu. We had the red snapper for two and we had so many bones we had to pick out that I finally stopped eating my meal. We prefer the prior menu. We visit LaSamana every visit for our last dinner before going home as it is a real treat, but this year was a disappointment. Please know the service was outstanding but the meal was a disappointment.

   It was beautiful! The food was delicious! The people are wonderful! It is absolutely perfect for a special occasion! We were celebrating our 45th anniversary, and it was an unforgettable memory!

    Their location on Baie Longue nestled on the hillside in a lush setting is spectacular and the view from the dining room at sunset is worth the trip in and of istelf. Awesome staff, attentive service with amazing food and drinks make it one of the best, if not the best, restaurant on the island. Our waiter, obviously new (needed help processing the check), was still incredible and with the exception of the restaurant being out of both the dessert, the coconut mousse, and Limoncello, the apertif I ordered to go with my dessert, the rest of the meal and evening was perfect.
