   Was a fun brunch and although the service was good, it was overly attentive, and I had a bottle of sparkling water and the bus boy topped it off with tap a $9 glass of tap. But otherwise it was interactive and the food spread was just the right amount of flavor and variety. They charged an extra 4% on the bill but I really don’t know why, I’d pay it again though.

   I am writing to share my experience from my recent visit to your restaurant on April 19, 2025. Upon arrival with a reservation, we were not greeted or asked about it, but we were seated at a couch table, which was fine. Our server was pleasant and very nice but mentioned she was new. We ordered an appetizer, which arrived before our drinks. When the server returned to take our dinner order, we ordered several dishes. The baked goat cheese was okay, but not great. The escargot was overcooked and lacked flavor. The grilled octopus lacked char marks, the red pepper sauce was excessively salty, and the addition of avocado to the dish was odd. The harp player was a nice touch but was incredibly loud. Stephane, the busboy, was professional and attentive, and we appreciated the frequent water refills. Our next round of drinks took a considerable amount of time to arrive, and our dinner was served before they did. The Bolognese was the only edible dish, featuring nice pappardelle pasta and a flavorful sauce. The duck was dry and over-salted, and the mussels were overwhelmingly salty and garlicky. To our surprise, we were informed that it was last call for drinks at 8:11 PM. Overall, the experience was disappointing. While I don't fault our server for being new, the manager seemed disengaged and did not assist the staff. The bartender also appeared disinterested from the moment we arrived. With my nearly 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I understand the challenges of running a business. However, your restaurant falls short in terms of food quality and hospitality, despite the beautiful ambiance.

   This was our first time at Lu Lou and it was a good experience. The only thing I didn’t like was the music level way too high. I can’t even talk to your friend that is sitting next to you. It was more like a club atmosphere when it comes to that the food was great the service was great, but honestly, I’m not sure that I would go back. It was a great experience one time.

   Our experience at Loulou Rooftop Restaurant and Lounge was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the food was undeniably delicious, and the atmosphere buzzed with an energetic vibe that was infectious. They clearly excel at creating a celebratory atmosphere, especially for birthdays. The various celebration packages seem designed to make the birthday person feel incredibly special, and even as a regular guest, you can't help but feel caught up in the joyous occasions. A major highlight was the drummer, whose talent and engaging performance added a significant layer of fun and excitement. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. Parking proved to be difficult to navigate, and we were disappointed to find that the website's claim of Pacific Ocean views didn't quite align with reality.

   Went for brunch. It was such a vibe so fun. I’ve been before but it was my first time going for the buffet style menu! Everything I ate was delish, salmon, baby spring mixed salad, bacon , chicken skewers. Food was good, lots of entertainment & the drinks were good. Glad I went , I will return
