   Overall great food, took one of my friends from out of town to experience deep dish for the first time and it was great. One comment. The waitress did not know how many wings each of the sizes had. She referred to them as a pound or half a pound of wings. When asked roughly how many she says “Oh definitely the half a pound is smaller than a pound” (?????) and she did not know, not even a rough estimate. Guys come on… 😂 I’ve never encountered this. I will definitely come back but train your staff to answer these simple questions!

   They didn’t have the pre-order placed for the heart shaped pizza. After discussion, allowed us to order it. But no heart shaped cookie. I flew up from Florida, met my boyfriend from Wisconsin, and insisted we have that special for Valentines Day. Told him about the donation to a food charity too. Took a lot of the “specialness” out of it.

   We can always count on a nice dining experience at Lou's. Even though it was Valentine's Day busy, the food was good and our server attentive.

   Great experience dining in the West Loop. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Location was new, clean and had a great ambiance. Noise level was perfect. Definitely a great spot to have a nice dinner with some tasty pizza!

   Nobody acknowledged us about our anniversary. And our waiter barely came to our table all night. Other staff members were basically the ones taking care of us all night even though it wasn’t their responsibility

    Visited Lou Malnati's on Randolph and had a very nice dining experience. We tried both the deep dish and the sausage, mushroom, and cheese thin crust. The deep dish was everything you'd expect from Chicago's finest, with a perfectly crispy crust and layers of delicious, gooey cheese and savory sausage. The thin crust was equally delightful, with a great balance of flavors from the toppings. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a cozy meal. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to indulge in some top-notch pizza!
