   Very disappointing. The service was almost negligible. Never saw our waiter after he took our order. The food was bland and not up to the standards I’ve had at other suburban Lou’s. When I finally got a bussers attention and asked for salt they walked away and never returned. I had to walk across the dining room and take off an empty table myself. Won’t be back to that location.

   We had a server who was trying his best, as it seemed that they were understaffed. The highlight of the evening was our salad, but the Deep Dish pizzas (including one being Gluten Free) were just not great. My husband and I had high hopes, maybe just due to having 2 large groups there that evening, Lou Malnati's wasn't able to take care of everyone else. I am not sure, but I will likely not return. Thank you to Carlos, who tried his BEST to take care of us in an almost impossible situation.

   Carlos took good care of us from start to finish! Great service and a good pie. Busy night (as always) so noise level is high. Everyone is excited to try Lou’s pies!

   Waitress and staff were nice - however it took an hour and twenty minutes before getting us seated whilst we had a reservation.

   Food was not what I expected at all! Pizza was completely cold inside. They reheated and was still not warm. Would not recommend.

   The gf deep dish was really great! So fun to experience something gf people don’t often get to do!!

   At their suggestion, we ordered ordered our pizza prior to our reservation. We still waited for over an hour for our food. The server did not check on us for about 45 minutes after we got our food. We had gluten free pizza and it was marginal at best. We will not be back.

   We got there a little earlier than our reservation and they seated us immediately. The pizza was really good and our server was upfront about the wait time.

   Super busy and for good reason - they offer up the best deep dish pizza in town. The food was phenomenal and the service was top notch. We will definitely be back!

    Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated (restaurant wasn't full). Despite having pre-ordered, our pizza took 45 minutes and then was brought to our table cold (clearly had sat out at least 25 minutes). Dessert was nice, but the "warm cookies" were cold and the ice cream on top was 100% liquified on arrival (how long did they sit out?). Overall, not bad. But not what we were expecting based on older experience.
