We had a wonderful experience dining here last night! Service was excellent, food was hot and yummy, and the atmosphere was fun and casual. Definitely a place to enjoy while in Chicago!

Had reservations at a steak house for night two… just canceled and booked for another night of the best pizza I’ve ever had!

Really nice deep dish spot. Even though it's considered 'tourist' pizza, we like to stop by about once a month. The service is excellent and food is delicious. Reservations recommended on the weekends as the dining room is on the smaller side.

I’ve been to Lou Malnati’s countless times through the years, but never to this location on Wrightwood. There were two of us and we sat outside. My friend was in from out of town and he said he loves their pizza and so do I. The pizza came out and it wasn’t warm, although it was good. I asked two gentlemen to please ask our server come out. I waited for quite a while and she never came out. I went inside and then the manager came out and took the pizza to warm it. When it came back, it still wasn’t very warm. They put it back again and in for too long and the crust was burnt in spots. The manager didn’t charge us for the pizza. When I got the bill, we were only charged for the salad. I waited for the server to come out and take the payment, but she never came out. I finally went inside and paid. The manager was very cooperative when I told her my complaints. She said she was going to send me a gift card.
