   They weren’t open. There is no indicator they are under construction even when you walk up to the building. We had to go into a nearby business to ask what was going on.

   We went for the Dueling Pianos event, but were told that they had cancelled. We were seated and after being ignored for 15-20 minutes (including having servers walk past us a few times despite it not appearing to be very crowded) we got up and left. Will never return.

   We were there for dinner the night of their 1 year anniversary. They had dueling pianos playing at 6 pm and the sound was deafening. We couldn’t even talk to people at our table. We ate as fast as we could and left. Food was mediocre at best.

   The service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress busted her butt and we were never without anything. They have made a lot of changes for the better. However, I’m not sure why you would remove salsa from the menu and you can either only have chips and guacamole or chips and queso, no longer chips and salsa. Please bring back the salsa.

   Good service, food was yummy. Would recommend. We were headed to a movie after and they assured food was out fast.

   Drinks took 20 min to arrive and were awful. Ordered Kalua Pork and BBQ beef arrived. Kids food was cold. Service was poor.

   Never served - waited 20 minutes and then left - asked the host to help find the server - she said she already did…. Never saw her.

   We made reservations, got there early and sat at our table ready to order for over 30 minutes. There were only 12 tables who had guests. There was a bartender and 4 or 5 waitresses, but there did not appear to be any type of organization. Our waitress appeared to be teaching others how to use the register, organizing the food from the kitchen and neglecting her tables. We witnessed 3 tables have to ask the bartender for their ticket, the bartender had to refill our drinks, one table left without ordering, because they were never waited on, another table had to go to the bar to request someone to take their order. Appetizers were forgotten for the table behind us, there was a confrontation between patrons at a table and 2 of the waitresses. We witnessed waitresses cussing each other out at the bar. We will not be back. The food was decent, but the service was awful. They need to have a manager organizing food from the kitchen and not waitstaff.

    We were a large party of 10 celebrating a birthday. Our server was very nice, but service was slow. We were kind of rushed into finishing though and our server said they were closing soon even though there was still an hour based on their posted hours. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable and like he was just being lazy. I will say he was friendly about it, I just didn’t like being rushed when there was still an hour and we paid a lot of money to be there. The food is decent but overpriced imo. I’m not sure I’d come back when there are better options for food and fun beachy vibes. But overall we did have a fun time.
