   Food was as advertised. Clean and quiet. A bit pricey for alcoholic beverages.

   No condiments on table one of us ordered appetizer and it showed up at same time food came. Some of the food was cold I had couple raw chicken wings in my dish. Server never checked on us after food came out. We were there for my parents 85 birthday and couldn’t even get a free ice cream. We won’t be back.

   Had an amazing time tonight for my 40th Birthday! Our waitress was super! She recommended the new crispy mozzarella sticks!! They were so delicious. Tried gator bites...hhmmm..... they were very good surprisingly. I got a steak dinner..amazing always. I also tried a piece of margarita cheesecake...so good! Party of 8..everything was right. The servers go above and beyond to make everything just perfect. Thank you

   Well it’s unfortunate that our party arrived on what is a busy Saturday due to a local event but this was the worst food experience I’ve ever had at a Lone Star. I ordered the Texas Size Quesadilla with chicken and broccoli as the side. When they arrived both were cold and it looked like a toddler arranged it on the plate. The young waitress was fine and trying hard so wasn’t her fault. When the plate returned the now microwaved entree was absolutely stale tasting and difficult to finish. I kept remarking how difficult it was to screw up a Quesadilla but Belleville Lonestar managed to do it. The others had fajitas which were passable but all in all not worth the $145 with tip. Can’t say I’ll patronize this store again as the Quesadilla should have been removed from the bill.

   Josh our server was polite and helpful but he was given too many guests to look after. He did his best for us and we thanked him as none of the rest was his fault. The restaurant seemed understaffed. I made a reservation for 10 people ahead of time and it was for a birthday celebration. Much of our experience was deplorable. We arrived at 5:00 pm and did not receive any food until 6:05 when our 3 appetizers came. Our meals began coming at 6:30 but were staggered because some were ready and others were not. (we had agreed to just get them as they came because by then were were hard pressed to make our theatre date at 7:30). Some of the meals were cold, particularly the wings, fries and burritos. Fajitas were bland and there was some sort of hard, foreign substance in our sour cream which we did not eat. Salads were fresh and good. We tried to order ribs but there weren't any and I believe they were out of certain steaks as well! Not the best of birthdays.

    Celebrated my daughter’s 18th Birthday. Food and service was incredible. We required accessible access and seating for a wheelchair and a walker and the restaurant was easily accessible. Food arrived quickly (9 of us in the party with at least 4 of us having steak). Our server was Alabama and he was attentive, friendly and assisted us all with anything we needed. Thank you Lone Star Belleville!
