   If you’re going to use opentable for reservations, perhaps you should not allow people to make reservations when you are closed for the season. We have had these reservations for months and to get there and have it be closed was beyond frustrating.

   Would have loved to leave a positive review, but after staying in the area for a local dance completion, and and booking this thru open too, we drive 45 minutes to only find out it was closed for the season. You’d think this would be notated and that reservation would not be able to be made at a place that is seasonal.

   No staff or other customers were present upon arrival which was strange. Finally someone helped us but noted they dont check their open table reservations so be aware of this. Once served the waitress was friendly and the food itself was very good.

   Our first time and we will be back! After being seated on the lovely deck, overlooking Oneida Lake, I realized I needed a change and we were quickly moved to the dining room. Danielle was our server, shared the specials and took our order. My husband and I ordered the strip steak with Demi glaze and the blue cheese encrusted filet. Both were delicious! It was a late night so we skipped desserts this time. But plan to return soon!

   Hands down one of the best meals I've ever had!! My family would agree. Our server Danielle was lovely. She was very attentive and met all of our special requests flawlessly. We are wine drinkers and they happened to have a sommelier as the restaurant manager and he was very knowledgeable and helpful when we were choosing a bottle. It was a great choice, thank you Steve! We wined and dined for 4 hours and never once felt rushed. The sunset was stunning from our table on the back deck. The $250 price tag for an unforgettable dinner experience with my family was well worth it. We WILL be back and you can be sure I will be recommending Lola to everyone I know! Thank you again :)

   This place was kind of weird they didn’t let us in the main room because it was private or something so they put us somewhere outside but then it started raining so they put us inside it was freezing. I told the waitress to turn off the air-conditioning but instead she made it colder. Then it started raining like crazy we were all wet because we didn’t have an umbrella then my grandma said OK let’s go to Staple to buy a chair. But also the food here was horrible and, as always, expensive.Not to be rude but for this food you should lower your prices :(((

   We had a reservation and there was no one to even greet us when we got there. Then we waited almost 20 minutes before the waitress came over with menus and water. There was only 1 waitress for all the parties there. The noise level was out of control. There was a table behind us with 3 out of control kids that were not being disciplined by their parents. Too noisy. Food and drinks were great and the server was amazing but just too short staffed.

   Lola is beautiful. Looking for something special and different! Dinner was delicious with unique and crafty entrees and desserts, great wine selection, while dining on the water, makes this restaurant an exceptional choice. Perfect for a romantic evening out or a whole family gathering!

    Incredible dinner. I had a prime bone in filet. I think it’s the only place like that in Syracuse. I got a side of lump lobster meat and it was delicious. The truffle french fries were the best! And the view was amazing overlooking the lake.
