   Was nice! Went at lunch and pretty quiet but would host a happy hour here given the scenery and live music. Would come back!

   Unfortunately, we arrived and the restaurant was closed even though they had accepted our reservation through Open Table. Obviously, a poor customer experience!

   I saw the reviews on here but thought o would give it a try anyway. Boy was I disappointed. I think it was the manager who sat us at a table then took our orders. I think that must have made the other waitstaff angry, because from that point on we only saw the manager twice more. He brought my salad and my dates' meal at the same time, then half an hour later my steak had still not arrived. Mind you, there must have been five or six other servers scurrying back-and-forth who just ignored us as we sat there with empty plates, and empty glasses. I finally had to call one of them over to get the manager, who was quite surprised that I didn't want the steak anymore. This place needs a significant attitude overhaul.

   They were not prepared to confirm my OT reservation since their iPad was stolen. The host didn't even know they were set up with OT. I was eventually served by the host because the server couldn't handle the load. No manager or server ever approached me.

   We sat outside at a table near the swimming pool. It was a lovely evening and the pool light was on giving a subdued glow and setting a relaxing mood. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the waitress was attentive to our needs even though they were quite busy.

   We went for a weekend getaway. Arrived late Friday evening and the room was perfect - king loft. There was a Happy Hour Foundation going on Saturday in the bar/dining area but it was still very laid back and easy to get service. Down side was that we lost our waitress halfway through our dinner and had to get another waitress to check us out. My fiance and I will most likely return.

    Highlight: the chicken flatbread the flatbread was very tasty - very cheesy so if you're health conscious, maybe not the best pick Ice cubes were hard to come by. My margarita was not good and luke warm. Our poor server was not the quickest human being. Or the brightest. We were very frustrated with the service. We probably won't return.
