   Our family came in 9/12. We’ve come a few times before and the service has gone down each time. Mind you I’ve worked in restaurants for years and am understanding because I’ve been there. There was no host like always, we waited around and finally a young man greeted us. He let us know that it is open seating, we were confused as to why it was open seating when we made a reservation, defeats the purpose of reservation. We went outside and saw all the tables were dirty so we moved the glasses off one table to another so that we could sit. After 15 minutes of waiting, I got up and went to see if we could get any service. The same young man from earlier let us know that it was a shift change and the server outside was off now… however he was kind enough to get us waters and take our drink order. He told us a server just got on and would be able to help us, after a while we noticed her going around cleaning the tables around us outside but never came to us. Everyone knows you need to bus the empty tables of course, however that should never come before attending to sitting guests. After a while the young man passed by us and was surprised we hadn’t been helped so he took over for us (he is the only reason we didn’t leave). I noticed an interaction between the female server and him, he let her know we’d been waiting and she seemed annoyed and said she didn’t know. We asked him if he could take care of us for the rest at of the dinner and he said he would, thankfully. Our meals and drinks were delicious, I will say that. When I got up to go to the restroom I noticed that the young man taking care of us was also bartending, poor thing! (We tipped him very well) Never did I see a manager walk by and check on anyone and quite frankly there should have been. This restaurant is understaffed, anyone can tell. However proper management would be out there helping, and actually managing. With short staff, there should have been a wait to ensure proper service. Very disappointing.

   We are new to the area. Great spot for a burger and a beer. Beautiful deck. Too bad the smoke from western wildfires obscured the view right now. Will come back for sure.

   LoDo is a convenient neighborhood restaurant. There's a great view from the patio. We were pleased to find some seemingly healthy choices: fish tacos, teriyaki bowl, in addition to salads (which we didn't have).

   Food and Service were good just unbelievably loud for indoor eating. Should have went to the patio.

   We were seated immediately upon arriving on a busy Friday night. The service was incredible! We had four different people checking in on us, bringing us our apps, dinners, and drinks. Best burger I have had in Denver. One watch out is the Cauliflower Buffalo wings were not that good compared to others I have had. The breading was not crisp and easily fell off and the heads of Cauliflower were way too big

   Made a reservation for a birthday celebration hoping for an outdoor table with a view because this restaurant has one of the best mountain views in the whole metro area. They don't guarantee outdoor availability. Upon my arrival, they made sure to give us the best outdoor table. The host and the server took great care of us and the food and drinks were very good too!

   We had a great time on Mother's Day! The bottomless mimosas for free were a nice touch for moms. The service was a little slow given the big brunch crowd, but it was a very good meal overall!

   Good food, fast, friendly service. Was a Saturday night so it was really noisy but to be expected.
