   Nice place! Parking needs help….too much building….not enough access or parking. Service staff are attentive and very good!! Food was slightly above average. The angus burger I had was solid choice and I enjoyed it. My wife ordered the lamb shank special at dinner and it was far from special. Flavor was bland and it was a bit overcooked. Side of Brussels sprouts also over cooked. Not sure I would recommend the daily specials. But the menu standards are a safer choice. Drinks are tasty and again staff accommodating and friendly/fun.

   Excellent find - all the members of our dinner had an excellent meal, The food was outstanding and we were thrilled to find this restaurant

   In my reservation I noted occasion as Anniversary but I am not sure if that carries through to the restaurant system. No one mentioned anything to us. -Outdoor seating was a little cool (time for the heat lamps). - Food was tasty steak and garlic fries as well as flatbread - I wonder if the steak contained MSG based on my reaction overnight - Wife’s margarita was strong on lime or had an almost medicinal taste. - We like the restaurant clearly as I chose it for the occasion. I recommend it but this was not one of our better experiences

   Local 22 is just plain yummy. It’s a great place for a casual night out with great food and a lively ambiance. Indoor and outdoor seating. Never disappoints. My go-to is the beet salad with salmon- super tasty!

   Took somebody that was visiting Durham for just a couple nights. Food as always was good, service was attentive and gave them some idea of local food.

   Amazing wild mushroom pizza, great staff, and wonderful atmosphere. The weather helped!

   We dined outside surrounded by their beautiful garden. It was so welcome after spending a stressful day at the hospital. Evan, our waitress really helps the ambience by providing good service and a friendly smile. We are from out of town, and have dined there 3x. Value is good, food is well served and tasty. The chacuterie is an excellent choice. All around good experience.

    Dinners were prepared well by the kitchen. Very tasty. But, our table was awful. Even the server said “I hate this table.”. Table was inside but located by the door used by all servers to work the outside tables. It was opened about every ten seconds during our dinner, allowing a blast of humid warm air to hit us every time. The candle at our table was extinguished by the air blast, it would not stay lighted. Our server spoke the fewest words to us of any server I have ever experienced. No welcome, no smile, no explanation of the menu, just took our order and delivered our check. I ordered a side that was delivered as an appetizer before the meal, not as a side with my entree. Potato medallions described on the menu as paired with my entree turned out to be either grits or potatoes not thoroughly mashed, couldn’t tell. Definitely not medallions. Overall, good food but very poor experience.
