   My siblings and significant others, 10 of us, from Western MA, north of Boston, Hartford, CT, and NH meet centrally for breakfast about every three months. We me at Livia's Dish for breakfast this morning. They gave us a reservation and were all ready for us. Food was fantastic. Three, including yours truly, had the Almost Eggs Benedict- superb! Other dishes were fantastic. The service--I couldn't believe it. An employee was in the parking lot to help us park! And the server, Lena, very pleasant, attentive, so knowledgeable. The kind of person you appreciate immediately. We agreed we'll be back for our next get together. As for me, in the meantime, when I'm out that way I'll definitely stop in. Only suggestion: two of us have Celiac disease, and some gluten free items (bread, rolls, etc.) would be much appreciated. JJO

   We found this wonderful place by an on-line search for a breakfast place leaving Sturbridge, MA heading East and home. The neighborhood is a little shabby; but well worth the stop to get good food and excellent service.

   In spite of a very busy day our table was set and ready when we arrived. We waited just a little longer than expected for our food but easily can attribute that to the crowds out for breakfast on Father's Day. Service was excellent. Food was hot and delicious. No one in our party of eight had any issue with their breakfast, except one serving of a little undercooked scrambled eggs, and that was instantly corrected. I had reservations about trying breakfast out on Father's Day due to past experience. I worried for nothing. Very nice experience.

   This was our 5th or 6th visit, and the second visit within 1 week! We enjoy the food - and the atmosphere. We were a little disappointed for the restaurant itself, as, on this visit, it was very slow, probably due to being one of the first really nice evenings in a while - lots of home cookouts maybe? The only minus is that my husband had enjoyed their ultimate Margarita the week before - made without sour mix. He had one on this visit, but it was not as good - had sour mix (which it is NOT supposed to have). Everything else, though, was very enjoyable! Will definitely return.

   Livia's Dish is an excellent restaurant. All the meals we've enjoyed there have been superb. It's a restaurant off the beaten path so the busyness of the place demonstrates that people have found this gem of a place.

   The food here was great and very affordable. The stafff was very friendly and attentive--we had a great experience except that it was a lot more casual than it appears online. There is almost no ambiance--the setting is very much like a diner or a cafeteria. We came dressed up from an event and felt very out of place. I love this place on a Sunday morning/afternoon with friends--wouldn't recommend it for a special occasion or big night out or any time the atmosphere or experience is important.

    Even recognizing it was Mother's Day, this was a poor choice. They were understaffed from a server perspective. We waited 45 mins for our order to be taken, then waited again too long time for truly ordinary food. And as we left, there was a line of people waiting to be seated while inside there were empty tables. Not good for their business or the prospective patrons.
