   Food was reheated, even for simple things like waffle/pancakes. Cocktails were disgusting, tasted like paint stripper, never in my life have I not finished a cocktail before but this was the first time.

   We had booked 2 tables of 6 to watch the England v Scotland match and when we got there (a couple of minutes before our time slot) we were told that we would not be able to sit at a table of 6 as parties of 2 had moved themselves onto the larger tables meaning that the staff manning the door implied that we should sit on the table of 2 despite having more people coming to join later. What is the point in booking a table for a specific amount of people at a set time if they are to be outright ignore. Not impressed at all.

   What I would change: Putting sauces in burrito, not giving them separately. Putting music on a higher volume

   Welcome at the door was really nice, both men (in the hall and outside) were really friendly and welcomed us with a smiley face. However, it was uncomfortable when the man inside kept on coming to our table and checking if we have ordered or not, as if he wanted us to do so fast to have us leave and make others come in. it felt really bad, especially that we know the time we have the table for, and it was by reservation so we did not have to leave so others in the line can come in. the ambient was really dead, and dark (lighting). music that no one knew was playing, so it wasn't something we could enjoy, also the screens were playing music, where we watched on mute, just music videos, so irrelevant. since this was an event, where people were invited to book, we really expected more, like live music, or at least good music. service was nice, fast. however, some staff were rude in the way they asked people to put on their mask.. I know everyone must wear it when they walk around, but that is not a reason to ask them rudely; sure do it, but do it nicely and politely.

   Took over 40 minutes to get a drink, by the time we got the drink the bar was 10' mins from close. I understand it's busy but reduce the number of bookings if you can't meet the demand .

    Good value for money and lovely atmosphere. Staff really kind and helpful, however as you order online all food and drinks take a long time.
