   Made a reservation for 11:45 2 days in advance. When I arrived on-time & asked to be seated at a booth I was told I couldn’t have a booth and had to take a high-top table. So I guess when you make a reservation you have to be VERY specific about a booth. BTW, the booth that was reserved never had anyone arrive so what a waste of space when a paying customer would have enjoyed the space.

   The patio was really nice on a warm evening but that was the only super positive part about the experience. I felt terrible for the host staff because there was an overwhelming amount of people pushing ahead in line because there were no clear directions on where to check in for a reservation. The staff was all super friendly & helpful but the whole system of the cafe seemed to be off. Our food took forever to arrive, we got an apology that the kitchen was behind but nothing beyond that (and our order may have actually just been forgotten because everyone around us seemed to get their dishes pretty quickly). The worst part was that the dishes just weren’t that great, especially for the price. I was super bummed because this seemed like a cool place for the summer but we won’t be back.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the confusing check-in process and long wait times, especially when you're just trying to relax and enjoy a meal.    We participated in the cheese tasting and it was very interesting. The staff who led the event were very knowledgeable and did a nice job.

   Excellent food and service. It is, in effect, a grocery store, but don't let that fool you or stop you. Really good value.

   We had reservations for the wine tasting, which was really good, and were able to sit in the Cafe area and order some really interesting and tasty food

   Our greeting was wonderful. We enjoyed grocery shopping afterwards. Our food was not prepared as ordered. ( I noticed on the receipt the order was entered wrong.) My husband received his cocktail while we waited for our food. My wine never came. I had to physically go find our server after our meals were brought to the table to let her know I never got my wine. The server never checked on us to see if things were right or if we needed anything. We normally enjoy our experiences at Littleton’s but definitely not this time.
