   $58 Easter Brunch and it doesn’t include coffee or hot tea. Very shocked to see my bill with $9 charge for coffee and tea. Then they automatically did a 18% gratitude, the service was only worth 15%. Would not recommend.,

   I ate here when the hotel first opened was truly impressed. We stayed at the hotel for Easter Sunday and had brunch here. Way over overpriced for a lack luster brunch. For four people with automatic gratuity, it was $350.00 - 3 of us had only a half plate of food. I will cross this place of the list.

   Fun, personable & professional service.The soup special (curried chicken) to start and flambeed plantains with cinnamon ice cream for dessert were standouts. Entree salads were delicious & filling. And those French fries rival the best in the city!

   All in all I’m sad to say, we were disappointed. Some reviews criticized the service but we found it to be good, having dined early evening. I cannot believe any of the positive reviews about the food. Not that it was bad per se but just that it was totally lackluster, dull, and blah. The menu here is in general limited, and contains a weird mish-mosh of items. Of what we had, the mushroom soup and the Lírica salad were good but nothing special. I can’t imagine why anyone would spring for the $70 per person price fixed dinner, it seems like a waste there. The cacio pepe with ricotta and corn sounds absolutely awful though we did not try it. The view is nice but you really don’t get the sense of it if you’re in the far interior of the restaurant. Sorry, we SO wanted to like this place but didn’t. Not recommended. Also, signage at Navy Pier was really lacking so this restaurant is hard to find. Unfortunately, walking around aimlessly to find the place was lot of work for very little payoff.

   Good food at moderate prices. Excellent polite service. There's a discount if you're going to the Shakespeare theater.

    The hostess made sure to accommodate our request for a wheelchair accessible table and our server Len was very conscientious making sure our gluten-free guests were able to be accommodated. Thank you!
