    Had high expectations and was disappointed. Tables are too close so could not easily hold a private conversation. I ordered scallops in hummus as that was the signature dish. Scallops were cooked to perfection but the hummus was bland. My husband’s gnocchi was also bland. Will not return.

    Great ambiance, lively and energetic. Food was top notch both in presentation, flavor and texture among all levels and dishes. Drinks, cocktails and wines were expertly crafted, balanced and delicious

    The food was excellent, the service was great. Ambiance was good, a little tight. Wasn't too attuned to how it worked, it is a shared dish place, we ordered two at once, but I think it would be better if you ordered one dish savored that and then ordered another one. Had the Scallops-great and the Short Rib, wife liked that one better. Ordered two desserts the Cheesecake and the , I believe it was the Italian bread pudding. Both very good. Worth the visit, but bring your wallet.

    Ambiance awesome but I am paying $105 for a filet and uni not only should it be one of the best filets I’ve ever had and a good amount of uni my service should match that type of food. None of this happened. So overpriced for what you actuality got. We shared a ton of dishes at the table. The salmon crudo was a joke in regards to size and what you got and not a glass of bubbles or wine under $23.

    Surf and turf was exceptional. I recommend going Tapas style and split everything. That way, there’s more to enjoy.

    I've been to Lira twice - The first time was worthy of 5 stars (truly a great experience) and the second time... Not so much - Although the restaurant was aware this was birthday celebration, there was not even a candle presented with dessert. What made this worse was the birthday girl saw several other patrons receive candles with their desserts while we were there. Additionally, It would be nice if the menus online were updated to reflect the current offerings of the restaurant.

    I am so happy to finally be writing this review. After having to cancel a previous reservation for Lira, we were finally able to experience this new downtown Campbell spot the other day. And it did not disappoint! All the great things mentioned here on Yelp is true. We ordered a few dishes and our favorites were the pork belly, the short rib, the crudo, and the scallops! But then the cocktails...oh my goodness, such great cocktails were had that night! We then ordered the Dubai chocolate cheesecake and the olive oil cake to end the already fantastic meal. Both were great, with the olive oil cake being our favorite. Lira was the perfect way to celebrate our son's birthday and to ring in his next decade! Now we can't wait to try out their brunch menu!
