We’re a cosy neighbourhood pub serving nostalgic fare inspired by British cuisine including scotch eggs, fish finger sandwiches and classic Sunday roasts. There’s a dog friendly beer garden, extensive beer, wine and cocktail offering as well as a traditional cask ale beer engine.

    For those missing those cold Christmas’s or for lovers of Christmas who just can’t wait till December to pull a cracker and tuck into a roast dinner with ALL the trimmings, we've got you covered. For 3 weekends over July our pub will be full of cheer, bursting with festive decorations and leaning into all things Christmas. Entrée: smoked salmon roulade, herb salad
OR beetroot, walnut, cranberry, rocket and goats cheese. Main: Roast chicken AND roast pork,
roast potatoes, yorkie, sage and onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, honey roasted carrot and beetroot, bread sauce, brussel sprouts and smoked bacon, gravy. *We require a $30 per head credit card pre-authorisation for cancellations and no-shows.

    Really good experience. I will say, turn around times on the table were quite short but also understandable as how busy it must be on a Sunday but when waiting for food to come out and the possibility of getting dessert, I would probably extend bookings by 30 mins. Also there was a double booking issue that nearly had us placed in the bar area, when specifically asked for restaurant. The host/manager sorted that for us promptly though - thank you so much. Food was amazing and good value for money. Desserts were great too! Hats off to the chefs and the front of house, that’s a busy shift! Will come back again!

    Fantastic food and great service. I'd advise a seat at the bar or beer garden as it can be very noisy in the restaurant if there's a large group.

    My partner and I had the lamb roast,neither of us are big eaters but we both ate everything on our plate.The staff were very friendly.Enjoyed the whole experience

    Very lovely staff. Great cocktails. Super authentic and tasty food. (Scotch Eggs and Coronation Chicken starters were a highlight) Nice cosy atmosphere. Can’t recommend highly enough!
