One of my favorite things to do on vacation is try new restaurants, and this was definitely one of my favorite dining experiences. Not only was our server friendly and knowledgeable, but the food was incredible. The pork belly bao buns were beyond, and the farro Ceasar was amazing. Wish I lived closer and could go all the time!

I wish I remember our servers name. She was so amazing. A great sense of humor and not over watching but we were always in reach when we needed something. The food was so amazing. I was taking out my soninlaw for his birthday and we went with the servers recommendation on the sets of things we ordered.

Wow- love the small plates format and the fusion cuisine. We loved trying different things like bison steak Kushiyaki, bbq duck bao (nice pickled vegetables,) Korean BBQ tacos, scallion pancakes. Everything was perfectly prepared. After we were done with dinner, we went outside and ordered ice cream at the ice cream shop outside. Delightful evening. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We've been to Linger mutiple times over the years. We took some friends from out of state to Linger last night and while the restaurant was packed, the experience was sub-par at best. It took 30 minutes to get my mocktail that was a flavorless sugar bomb. Our food arrived in a chaotic manner with the staff being unsure of what they were delivering and to which table. Basic questions were met with puzzled expressions . Portions are also chaotic with inexpensive ingredients like rice noodles and lettuce in abundance and proteins ( mostly an upcharge) extremely inadequate for the dish. Wait staff was ckearly too busy to be attentive and table discussion is difficult over the kitchen staff yelling at each other. On a positive note, Linger has a great view of the city and a cool space. Several years ago, getting into Linger in the summer was virtually impossible because of their food quality and service. I was surprised that I didnt see them on restaurant recommendarion lists, but know I know why. There is far better food and service for the price in Denver. The food was inspired and really tasty. We will definitely be going back as soon as possible. It’s loud and crowded in there but that’s to be expected from a great restaurant that large.

Excellent option for gluten-free people they had a little stick in every single meal indicating it was gluten-free which I appreciated. Our service was absolutely amazing. I can’t remember his name, but remember he had a lot of tattoos. The food was absolutely amazing and the fried cheese curds were the best!
