I am in the restaurant industry and although the service by the bartender was great, the dining experience was ruined by the first impression. We made reservations for 7 and the host told us that we had to wait an addition 20 minutes because the kitchen was backed up and we couldn’t sit at a table if we weren’t going to order anything (we would’ve been fine waiting longer for our food and ordering some drink). She said we could wait at the bar for our table and then never came back for us and then continued to seat other people who came in RIGHT AFTER us. We ordered food at the bar and expected to wait a long time (because that’s what we were told) it came out within 15 minutes. The food was decent, yet over priced. I would only ever return for their happy hour.

We haven't visited Limon in almost a year & the menu has changed a little. We were disappointed the green beans were off the menu due to seasonal availability. The whole chicken & sweet potato fries were just as delicious as ever. We also enjoyed the mixto ceviche.

Jasper was AMAZING! The only bartender there making drinks like a mad man AND he waited on our table of 5. His recommendations were on point we were thoroughly impressed from start to finish.

Just about the BEST roasted chicken you will ever have. Nice blend of spices and since it’s rotisserie is wonderful moist and tender, even the white meat. Great value!

Pork belly crispy but hubby thought pcs could have been cut smaller. Wished there was some kind of sauce with it, like shoyu. Ceviche was plain looking. Sangria a disappointment. Beet salad was good. My stir fry beef with rice over french fries was ok. I ordered shrimp with that for an extra charge but it came without it. I had to ask if it was suppose to be added in or if it was coming out later. Thought there would be more seafood options like the ones shown on their website but was told their website wasn't updated.

Made reservations for 7 and my family of 4 meet our neighbors here for dinner based on their recommendations. This place is really neat, great atmosphere and decor. The waitress, named Queen, was prompt and very friendly explaining the menu and making recommendations. My wife got the Lomo Salgado (same thing the neighbor husband and wife both got). Wifey kindly let me have some of hers and it was amazing!! We'll be back and likely both get it. It is good enough we'll be back just for that dish!! My daughter and the neighbors daughter both got the Truffle Mac & Cheese. It was very good, but to rich for me. Myself and my son split the dinner combo. We choose the 3 combo vetoing ribs, a 1/4 of the signature rotisserie chicken and pork belly. All were very good. Somehow we didn't get the French fries that weekend supposed to come with it, but the corn on the cob was excellent. We'll be back for share. This is a must try restaurant if in the area!
