   I ordered the Cobb salad and even though it was supposed to have chicken in it there was none. It was mostly just lettuce. There were 5 very small bites of bacon, and I think they really saved money on the avocado, because they took a small slice of one and cut it into itty bitty pieces, so almost no avocado either. There was one whole egg that was cut in quarters and decorated the edge of the bowl. The dressing was supposed to be blue cheese, but best guess it was Ranch. Very disappointing. My friends ordered the club sandwich and it was just okay. They took 3/4 of it home, but they did like the fries. Go for the ambience, but the food needs a big improvement.

   Food and service was great. The DJ was way too much and ruined the ambiance. The noise was too much and very annoying.

   Our server was absolutely terrible about checking up on us. She took our order at the very begging and we never saw her again. Me and my friend sat there chatting away but after about an hour of no one coming to see if our food was good or if we wanted another drink I was upset. I understand it is a resort so it was open and kind of come and go, even though they were strict about reservations and being on time. We walked around after we were done and sat in the lobby waiting for someone so we could pay the bill!

   Nice atmosphere outdoors on patio but every time I’ve been there, they don’t have enough umbrellas, which seems like an easy fix. But problematic throughout the entire summer. Food is excellent and if you can get a shady spot, a very nice place to lunch.

   We have been to Lillian's several times, usually for mid-week lunches, and always had excellent service and food. Since, we've raved about Lillians, we brought friends for our lunch on a Friday. We were greatly disappointed. Our regular server was not there and it was very crowded, probably because it was a Friday of a holiday weekend. However, our server was frazzled and we waited almost an hour to receive our entrees. My halibut was supposed to have a beurre blanc sauce - which was missing and I had to ask for it. The crab salad was bland and also needed additional dressing. The beignets were delicious as usual. Service improved when there were fewer people there, but unfortunately too late to leave a good impression. Note to self: Avoid weekends and non-peak lunchtimes since we like a quieter atmosphere.

    The food and in particular the veal Milanese left a great deal to be desired. Bland taste, thick crust, no hint of lemon, not tender. The service was inattentive: asked for bread twice and in the end none served. Openly gave feedback to the team.
