Food was excellent. We had the octopus and the seafood tagliatelle. Great banter with our server, Corey. Absolutely delicious food, relaxed ambiance, and a perfect setting for our date night. Thank you everyone at The Lift. You made our first night in Vancouver one to remember!

Excellent service from the time we entered the restaurant from the hostess. Server was outstanding and efficient. Food was outstanding.

Fabulous dining experience at Lift with friends last night overlooking Coal Harbour. We ate halibut with sides of baby carrots and delicious brussel sprouts. For dessert we shared some salted caramel cheesecake. Good food, ambience, service and, of course, wine!

Just loved our server! What personality and an excellent server! The steak sauce on the steak and eggs was divine! Eggs cooked perfectly! The plum sour beer was good, not the best I’ve had. A beautiful restaurant with the view to match. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve always had an awesome experience at Lift and have gone there many times. I had asked for a table to view the sunset and instead we were on the opposite side of the restaurant, looking out a window, staring at people’s backsides sitting at a raised bar right outside the window. Instead of a sunset, we got to see four moons!!!

My wife and I enjoyed a date night together and were really excited to try this restaurant. The food and ambiance were great however our server seemed overwhelmed with extra tables and our service suffered because of it... Our salad came out just after our entrees, that was unfortunate because we had specifically asked for the meal to be served per course not all at once. Would go again but will probably lower our expectations for the next time.
