   We had a very nice Easter brunch at Liberty Tavern Polaris. Our waiter Cory was very attentive and did a wonderful job. Very friendly too. Our food was great and we had requested the room off of the dining room in order for it to be quieter and the staff honored that request. Overall it as a great brunch for our family.

   We dine at Liberty Tavern often. This time we brought friends. The first dish our friend ordered was no longer available. When it came time for dessert the waitress brought us the menu but said right away that two dessert items were unavailable. When I questioned why 3 dishes we selected were not available and it was still early in the evening she said it was because they were in the process of changing the menu and were just waiting until most of the existing choices were used up. Very disappointing. Not the way a large established restaurant should operate. I was embarrassed because we had really hyped Liberty Tavern to our friends. We will wait awhile until we return……give them time to finish up the current items and restock the kitchen.

   Service, staff, drinks & food were great! We were met with a welcoming smile by our hostess. Our waiter was very friendly and had great recommendations. My husband and I will definitely be back. Next time we’re requesting to sit on the patio. It was a great experience!
