Liberty Kitchen at The Treehouse located in Memorial City, joins the neighborhood as a local restaurant serving modern, American food. Diners can see our chefs as they work the open flames cooking steaks, chops, ribs and fish. The inclusion of the grill has greatly influenced the menu – dishes made in cast iron Dutch ovens and an international selection of craveable Southern Coastal cuisine. The food is bold in flavor and rich in textured layering with a twist on tradition, the flickering flames lend a pleasant invitation to settle in to the space, relax and quite simply, eat.

Some of the favorite Liberty Kitchen staples are on offer such as the Creole Whole Crab, Shrimp and Andouille Gumbo, R&D Test Kitchen: Infamous Burger Bowl, Deviled Eggs and Lance’s Loaded Hushpuppies (The Real Original) served Liberty Kitchen gorilla-style. Daily Chef Special’s are not to be missed.

Whether you're indulging in our delicious three-course prix-fixe menu or choosing from our daily menu, there's something for everyone. Each mom will receive a complimentary mimosa to toast the occasion—because she deserves to feel celebrated. We’re also offering $75 flower arrangements available for pre-order on Sunday, May 11. Simply select the add-on when booking through the OpenTable Experience, and a team member will reach out to confirm payment. It’s the perfect way to have flowers waiting on the table for your reservation. Plus, we’ve partnered with Kendra Scott to gift ten lucky moms a beautiful necklace! The first 5 moms at each location will receive one — while supplies last. Enjoy a flavorful three-course prix-fixe meal for $53 per adult and $22 per child (children 12 & under). For those who prefer more options, our à la carte brunch menu is available too.

Busy Easter brunch with live music provided outside. It was windy but pleasant and food/service were good considering the crowds on the patio.

The food was good and the service was solid—no complaints there. However, nothing really stood out or wowed us. Everything was just… good. For the price, we didn’t feel like there was a significant value in what we got. A decent experience overall, but not one I’d rush back for.

Very disappointing brunch. Bacon not cooked. Sausage dry and tasteless. Difficult to tell the difference between the scrambled eggs and the grits…bland with no texture. Service was very good. It’s a very pretty venue.

We went there to celebrate my sister's birthday. The atmosphere was very nice with a live music. The service was excellent and the food was very good. They even surprised her with a birthday dessert. I would recommend this place for just dinner or a special occasion

We've been to the River Oaks location but this was our first visit to "the treehouse" & it was lovely! We were warmly greeted by our server, Javier, who I recognized from the RO location. He's been with Liberty Kitchen for a very long time & he's the best! The restaurant is beautiful & we really enjoyed it. We started by sharing the avocado/crab cocktail as well as the crab balls paired with glasses of white wine & it was all amazing. The wine list is very good including their by-the-glass list. I had a Sancerre (one of my fave wines) while hubby had a Riesling. For dinner I opted for the twin lobster tails (a lot of lobster, y'all!) and he had the redfish on the half shell. We both enjoyed our entrees but hubby had to help me finish, lol. Despite offering us dessert including one of my very favorites, (key lime pie!) we had to decline as we couldn't eat another bite. We had a beautiful bottle of 2020 Domaine J. A. Ferret Pouilly-Fuisse with our dinner. Just wow! It was a great evening & we look forward to coming back.

The service and quality of the food is always top notch. One of my favorite restaurants in Houston. You have to try the crab cakes and the oysters!
