   Another disappointing experience at the Lexus Club, similar to Friday. We've learned that moving forward, we should book after game time starts. As usual for day games, we sent four employees, who arrived early and were seated at a high-top table outside. Unfortunately, the visit started on a bad note when a server accidentally spilled a tray of drinks on one of our employees. To make matters worse, they were asked to leave the table once the game started, despite not having finished their meal. While they still had a good time and enjoyed the game, they missed out on the special experience of watching the Padres from the Lexus Club.

   Great Service! Great way to watch the game. Nothing special about the food, there are much better choices throughout the ballpark.

   This restaurant offers only two seatings, one before the game and one at first pitch. The reservation system should reflect only tow choices, not multiples.

   My overall experience at the Lexus Club on 3-28-25 was extremely disappointing. As a long-time season ticket holder, I’ve enjoyed the Premier Club under many different names over the years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I must admit, this experience has made me seriously reconsider the $32,000 cost of tickets. The booking system has once again changed, and the new rules are not at all clear. There are now two seatings: Pre and Gametime, but this was not made clear on the booking site. The reservation process should offer one of those seating options, not just time slots. It was confusing and frustrating from the start. Our experience began with us being seated at a high table, even though I had specifically requested a lower table. When I asked about this, I was informed that the lower tables were reserved. I then inquired how 3 empty tables have a better reservation than mine, which I had made through the same booking site. We were then told that we could only have the table for 25 more minutes, as we had the Pregame reservation. However, this was unclear when the booking was made, and the new system is confusing. This led to an argument with the hostess, which I preferred to address with a manager, and I requested one. After some back-and-forth, we were moved to another table inside. Unfortunately, the new table had a somewhat blocked view, was squeezed into a corner, and required us to walk sideways to pass by. To make matters worse, the table was so wobbly that the server expressed concern about serving drinks, fearing they might spill. While the manager did offer us a free round of drinks, which we appreciated, the experience continued to decline from there. The service was slow, despite the server being apologetic about our situation. Additionally, the menu has become more limited compared to previous years, and many past favorites are no longer available. A $250 sushi platter is crazy. I was not pleased at all from my experience.

   We love spending our game time on the deck at Lexus Club. The service is always the best! The food menu has changed and the prices went up. We miss some of the items from last year. Bring back the seviche!!! All in all, a fun time!

   Love the location of the Lexus Club at Petco park!! Too bad the Open Table did such a poor job with this reservation. I expected the reservation to be for the entire playoff baseball game I was attending. Not just the two hours that Open Table gave me. It was only when working with the staff at the Lexus Club that I was able to receive the table for the entire game as I expected. Open table needs to think about the location of the reservation and why it is being made. Terrible service by Open Table!!

    The front desk and the busboy made the experience very pleasant. The waiters/service was terrible, the steak sliders were all fat. We are treated better by the general staff outside the restaurant, throughout the ballpark.
