   Had a reservation at 7 PM on July 1st called 30 Minutes before that due to the rain there was some traffic and that we were going to be late. Since there’s no direct phone number to the level 7 lounge I got the phone operator of the hotel who told me “ you should still be fine cause they have a fifteen minute grace period” I said okay and was on my way still to get to level 7 then it hits 7 and we are still not there so I call again and say the same thing about the rain and traffic. The same hotel operator says the same thing and I ask him if he could just run up and double check he says sure asks my last name and then tells me to have a good night and hangs up. He does not ask me what my eta is or anything like that. Finally 2 of my guest beat me there so I ask them to go up and ask about my reservation that was at 7 because it was now 7:20/7:25. Whoever is working the front kiosk tells my guests that it was canceled and that I only made the reservation for 2 people anyway. As you clearly see in this app. My reservation was for 10 people. All around not a great first experience with level 7. I can understand and take accountability for not having myself or one of my guest get there sooner to check in for me. But when I try to communicate and nothing is actually done when trying to communicate and information is not even taken down properly it’s not right and make for a frustrating situation.

   Food ran out, server was not preset as often as we needed. This is the second time coming and the kitchen ran out of almost everything on the menu and it wasn’t even busy.

   The food was disappointing. Server warned us that the service would be slow, which it was. Some random guy told us we did not have a reservation, when in fact we did through open table. The guy insisted that we would need to get up from our table at 7, when we just received our food at 6:50.

   Incredibly disappointing experience, especially given that we were celebrating a birthday (which was noted in the reservation). We had a reservation for 11 and we’re immediately seated. The hostess seemed to be in a bad mood. We asked if the tables could be wiped down because they looked really dirty with glass rings and she told us there was nothing they could do about it. A waitress came within a few minutes and brought waters and took our drink and food orders (2 flatbreads, meatballs and crispy potatoes) - a total of 9 bar drinks and 4 appetizers. It took AN HOUR to get our bar drinks and appetizers. The food was only slightly warm and the meatballs were cool in the center. The drinks were good, but we never saw the waitress again to order another round. Every single employee we saw seemed to be angry. I asked another wait staff person for help and her sharp reply was “give me a minute”. When the waitress came back she basically slammed the check down and said curtly said “sorry it took so long”. That was it. Maybe it was an off night but it was a horrible experience.

   Great location, atmosphere, staff, and service. The accommodations were excellent. The drinks was good. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone in town or coming from out of town

   Always a nice vibe. My husband was profiled while waiting for us at the elevator, so that was a bummer.

    Everything was amazing! The food and the drinks and the services was wonderful. My mom enjoyed herself.
