This is a fantastic high end restaurant with delicious food and drink choices. We sat outside on the rooftop, which was lovely. They only negative was that the sun was in our eyes the whole time.

From the moment we walked into Hotel Chaco the evening was wonderful. Greeted by the hotel front desk staff, they we very nice and directed us to the elevator. Once we arrived on the 5th floor, the host stand was right there and we were then greeted and quickly taken to our table. The evening was amazing and views for miles!! Then the wait service started and that was impeccable. Any questions we had were quickly answered. We ordered drinks and appetizers. The atmosphere was very laid back so we had plenty of time to enjoy the drinks and appetizers and the view! Then we ordered dinner. We ordered the Snapper, Halibut and the Matanza. All were so flavorful and cooked to perfection.

I had an absolutely amazing brunch at Level 5 restaurant in Albuquerque, and it was a perfect way to start the day. After being there for dinner the night before we had to experience brunch. The rooftop setting offered stunning views of the city with the Sandia Mountains in the distance under a clear blue sky, creating a picturesque and relaxing atmosphere. Our server was outstanding—attentive, warm, and full of great suggestions that made our meal even better. Her exceptional service truly elevated the entire experience. The food was a highlight, with every dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I started with a hearty plate featuring a perfectly cooked smashburger topped with a sunny-side-up egg, fresh tomato, lettuce, and melted cheese, all nestled in a soft bun. It came with a generous portion of crispy, golden fries and a side of ketchup for dipping. The combination of the juicy burger and the runny egg yolk was pure brunch bliss. Another dish was a comforting plate with a tender piece of carne adovada, served alongside crispy roasted potatoes, onions, and peppers, with a perfectly cooked sunny-side-up egg on the side. The flavors were savory and satisfying, and the small cup of salsa added a nice kick. My wife enjoyed a classic eggs Benedict, featuring poached eggs draped in a creamy hollandaise sauce, served on an English muffin with ham and a dusting of paprika. It came with a fresh side salad of mixed greens, adding a light and crisp element to the meal. To drink, I had a refreshing iced tea, which paired perfectly with the hearty brunch dishes. The ambiance at Level 5 was warm and inviting, with wooden tables and a modern yet cozy vibe that made the rooftop feel both elegant and relaxed. Thanks to the team at Level 5, this brunch was a delightful experience. I highly recommend this Albuquerque gem for anyone looking for an amazing brunch with a view!

I recently dined at Level 5 restaurant in Albuquerque, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The evening began with a stunning view of the city skyline at dusk, with the moon rising over the mountains—a perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. Our server, EJ, was absolutely magnificent. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. EJ’s recommendations were spot-on, and his warm demeanor made us feel right at home. The food was nothing short of spectacular! For the main course, I had a perfectly cooked piece of halibut. We also had the Matanza, served with tender collard greens and chunks of pear, which added a lovely sweetness to the savory dish. The crispy pork crackling on top was a fantastic touch, adding texture and flavor. Another dish waz the succulent piece of chicken, garnished with microgreens and crispy tortilla strips, resting on a bed of mushrooms and a rich, flavorful sauce. The presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were well-balanced and inventive. To complement the meal, I enjoyed a refreshing cocktail, beautifully garnished with a dried citrus slice, fresh mint, and a cherry. The drink was a perfect balance of sweet and tart, making it a great pairing for the savory dishes. The ambiance at Level 5 was warm and inviting, with wooden tables and a modern yet cozy setup. The attention to detail in both the food and service was evident throughout the evening. Thanks to EJ and the team at Level 5, this was a dining experience I won’t soon forget. I highly recommend this rooftop gem in Albuquerque for anyone looking for a special night out!

I have been to level five for brunch before, but never for dinner. The weather was absolutely perfect. The views of Albuquerque from this restaurant are amazing. The menu has a small number of entrees, but they are complex and interesting. We shared an order of blue corn house puppies. Then, I had grass fed beef steak, my dining companion had the pheasant pasta. We both loved our meals. The strawberry chocolate mousse for dessert was outstanding.

I went for Sunday brunch. Unfortunately, they were severely understaffed. Although, we weren’t under time constraints, it took 10-15 minutes just get water and coffee. The server worked as hard as she could but she is only one person. The food was fine and atmosphere was beautiful.

Excellent experience, great service, and amazing food. It's definitely James Beard quality. We had the Baja Snapper. Chef combined ingredients and seasonings for a culinary and visual delight. Our server paired with the perfect French wine. And the view is breathtaking! Highly recommend.
