We are located in a 1795 Colonial with small dining rooms, fireplaces and beautiful Vermont ambience. Our success over 33 years can be attributed to consistently excellent food. As your chef, I cook every meal and oversee every aspect of our kitchen. We specialize in American Contemporary with a focus on the highest quality, local Vermont ingredients. Our main dishes always include premium grass fed beef, duck two ways, double thick pork chop, rack of lamb, cedar planked salmon, jumbo sea scallops and vegan specials. Desserts are made in house daily by Leslie and are both unique and delicious.

Our service is directed by Leslie, my wife. She greets every guest and is constantly monitoring the dining experience. We like to think we are the total dining experience as evidenced by our being one of the highest graded restaurant in New England on Open Table (2017-2019)

Excellent prepared food, nice selection and very comfortable dinning room. The chef prepares each individual plate with care, and Leslie is so friendly, there for all your needs. Plan on a nice relaxing dining experience.

The staff, food and charm of this restaurant is wonderful. Leslie, herself, is a sweetheart and greets every table. Our waiter was fun and knowledgable. The best is the food!

Waitress was so drunk she left work before our meal arrived. Replacement waiter had to retake the order because first slip was unreadable by kitchen staff. 2 steaks were fine, 2 chicken orders were both stone cold meat with a warm sauce and left uneatened. Wow, what a show with sadly a $196 bill for 4.

An excellent experience with friends. The food and atmosphere were superb! We felt like royalty. Leslie spoke to us like family. We enjoyed wine and conversation along with a gourmet meal in exquisite surroundings. Thank you!

Took a little drive in search of upscale, great food with a casual dress code. Leslie’s checked off all the boxes. Charming owner, top notch food. Worth the drive.

The food was excellent. Leslie and John were very friendly and spent some time talking to me. Every patron was greeted by Leslie and made to feel very welcomed. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

What a GEM!! Had no idea Leslie's even existed, even after living for in the area for 15 or so years. Definitely comfort food and very well crafted. The salmon with mushroom risotto was exquisite -- perfectly cooked. Wine list is just okay, and vegetarian options were limited to one entree, which was disappointing. However, don't let that stop you...Leslie's is well worth the visit. Highly recommended and easy on/off I-91.

Nice place, but they did not seem able to handle a busy Saturday night. Very long wait, then the special lamb was overcooked when it finally arrived. They did apologize and comped the 2 lamb specials ordered by our party of 4. I'd recommend going during the week.
