   The wait staff was under employed  the food was good, but the other patrons were very rowdy because they were not getting served It was an uncomfortable situation We had a reservation, and yet our table was “squeezed in” between others to accommodate for larger parties

   Overall amazing dinner! Beautiful setting on the beach and food was amazing. Pricey but worth it. Wish the music could be a little lower

   We have eaten at the Lemongrass over the years with mixed results. This time it was excellent, actually one of the better meals we had on the island. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the taste. The tuna catch of the day was outstanding and a very generous portion. Overall, we were very happy with the meal and the ambiance is always wonderful, sitting on the waterfront terrace. Let's hope they find consistency this time. Can't wait to come back again.

   As timeshare owners in this resort, we understand the challenges of sustaining food & beverage amenities in property and we shared our experience with local management before publishing here. When we returned on the final night of our stay, we had a better experience. Several options on limited menu were unavailable & no substitutions were offered, so we struggled to order. Additionally, the A/C was inoperable. Made for a bit of a rough start for our vacation as this had been a long travel day.

   Remember we are on Caribbean time but, it still took over an hour to receive our food for a party of 5. Unfortunately there was a large party aside of us with lots of young children running around. Food was good. Would recommend secondary to off resort restaurants.

   We ate breakfast two times here during our stay at the Westin. We sat outside and enjoyed the view. The staff was pleasant but very slow, they are on island time. The food was mediocre for the price. This is the only restaurant that offers full service breakfast in the resort and they are closed Monday - Wednesday, leaving guests without any other options for breakfast and dinner onsite other than the deli which is very inconvenient.

   The air conditioning was broken and it was hot inside. The exterior sliding door was open, as a result, letting the bugs in. The food specials were unavailable and the wine list was years out of date vintage wise. Our server was great and he was mostly alone in the front. We’ve been owners here for 25 years and have always enjoyed the ambiance of the resort and especially the fantastic staff. Chalking up the physical aspects of this experience to a one off.

   Westin has a problem with this restaurant . We complained loudly and got our money back. A true management failure.

   Food good, but took forever! Entire came out nearly 90 minutes after we ordered (on a Thursday night & it was Not very crowded)?..

    Waited 2 hours for food. Really disappointed in this service and delivery. Food was mediocre. Going to have spaghetti in my room tonight.
