   My husband and I received a generous gift card from clients and we waited for a good occasion to use it. A good friend of ours recently had a significant birthday, so we thought we should invite him and his wife to share a meal at the Legal C Bar on the Mystic and celebrate. We all enjoyed our meal, attentive service and atmosphere. We also found easy parking close to the restaurant. We'll come back again, perhaps after spending a bit of time shopping at the Assembly Row neighborhood.

   I had the salmon with jasmine rice and Brussel sprouts. It was amazing. Also had mango lemon drop martini which was also amazing. Food and service was awesome as always.

   Service was horrible, food was over priced and over rated . Not what I would expect from Legal!!

   Unfortunately, it seems legals has gone downhill. The food was tasteless. My brother got lobster mac & cheese which was maybe three pieces of lobster with mac & cheese served in the lobster shell. I got a fish sandwich which tasted nothing like fish. It tasted like deep fried breading. My mother got a boiled lobster which she didn’t seem to wanna finish. It was like a chicken lobster. We just weren’t impressed which is very disappointing at $100 a person.

   Very delightful restaurant we had a nice time. We had a nice server and the food was yummy. We will be back.

   Wait staff was limited and we ordered appetizers after waiting for 15 minutes. Once we realized how slow service was going placed the order for entree with the check to be able to check out asap because we had to be somewhere in an hour. She was doing her best, customer focused and managing a lot of guests but we did not have the time to wait.

   Came here with my husband mom and father in law and his partner very good food and fabulous service our server was so nice and sweet i would recommend coming here

    Certainly! Here’s a concise but detailed review: ⸻ Disappointing Experience Our dinner was a complete letdown. Service was painfully slow—drinks took so long that we skipped appetizers altogether. When our entrées finally arrived, they had clearly been sitting in the kitchen, and one was incorrect and had to be sent back. The only reason our food made it to the table at all was because we saw the cook reprimanding our waitress. The restaurant was busy, but there was plenty of staff hustling—except for our server, who was nowhere to be found for long stretches. Given the number of employees on the floor, there was no excuse for the poor service we received. Unfortunately, the delays and lack of attention ruined what should have been an enjoyable meal. Would not recommend.
